I go with Ginny and Hermione to get dresses. The place is full of different styles and colors. Ginny was so quick on picking out a dress. She chooses one that is a mix of green and pink fabric. Hermione chooses a pink, layered dress.

"What are you going to get?" Ginny asks.

"No clue. Percy sent me silver shoes, so...light blue?"

My twin smiles and pulls out a baby blue dress that is floor length. It has only one sleeve and it looks like a dress that is perfect for me.

"Thanks sis."

I grab it and go pay for the dress.

I finish getting ready. I went with light makeup and my red hair is left in ringlets. The white section of my hair looks good with my dress. So it all works out. I put on a gold chain necklace with a mermaid charm. I head downstairs and Draco is waiting for me. He looks handsome in his dress robes.

"Ready to... wow."

"Good wow?" I ask.

"Definitely."

We head to catch a carriage. The ride is quick to the Great Hall. Everyone is gathered around and are talking, waiting to enter. So many look at Draco and me. I guess it is weird to see a Weasley and a Malfoy together. Draco and I walk down the stairs, hand in hand. McGonagal comes over.

"Are you and Mr. Malfoy ready?" She asks.

"For?"

"The Champions are first to dance. I told you right?"

"No ma'am."

"Oh. Well...I'll go check on Potter."

I take a deep breath to calm myself.

"You'll be fine," Draco promises. I nod my head and we enter as needed. I see my brothers aren't happy to see I'm with Draco. Ginny seems okay about it though. Looking around the Great Hall, it is well decorated. Colors blue, white, and gold. It has the feel of winter.

We stand in the center and get in starting position. Music starts and we start to dance. It is nice to dance with him. Draco lifts me in the air and spin me round. My feet touch the ground again and he dips me. Perfect timing as the song ends.

"Told you, you would do fine."

I smile as we walk outside. It's a bit chilly, but I like it.

"Happy Christmas," I smile.

"Happy Christmas, Abi."

He picks a flower from a decorative bouquet and give it to me. I kiss Draco and he pulls me closer, kissing me back. I wrap my arms around his neck. A flash goes off and we look to see a foul creature in green.

"How adorable," Rita squeals. "Front page for sure. I mean, a long, well known, family feud. Two lovers arise. Almost a Romeo and Juliet story."

"What?" I snap. "You want one of us to die?"

"No silly."

With that, she leaves. I hate her. Honestly, who is that annoying? Draco grabs my hand and we start walking. He just stops and holds a ring with his family crest.

"I was wondering if...I mean you don't have to, but...since our families will or already know...?"

"I will gladly wear the ring, Goofball. Geez. You can get really nervous at times."

He shrugs and I put on the ring. Cedric walks over.

"The hint..."

"Harry told me what you told him, Cedric. Riddles are not cool."

"Sorry. But just keep it in mind."

"I will. Thank you."

He runs off to his girlfriend. I smile at Draco and we head back to the dance.
