~2 years after Ember's sacrifice~
~Topaz's POV~
I stared at Natsu. The question he had just asked me suddenly sinking in.
"What?!"
"Do you like Will?" He asked again.
"Well....I ...um....."
"Spit it out man!" Lucy yelled as she joined the conversation.
Well, its not like I think about her every night. Its not like I worry for her. Its not like I wish I could just tangle my fingers in her hair and stare into her beautiful eyes. Its not like every time I look at the stars, I see her happy smile."
I suddenly relaxed and day dreamed about us having adorable little kids.
"Dude's got it bad." Natsu mumbled.
"How long?" Lucy smiled at me.
"Ever since I met her," I burted before I could even think.
"Tell her!" They both screamed in unison.
"But, what if she doesn't like me back?" I stuttered.
'Crap, I can't tell her. She's my best friend. She's everything to me!'
"Who's everything to you?"
I jumped once I heard the voice. I turned around and saw a beautiful smiling Willow. Her hair falling in gentle waves.
"We'll just be going," Natsu said and dragged Lucy away.
'Okay, isn't it usually opposite when it comes to them?'
"Wait, I said that out loud!"
"Late reaction much?" She chuckled.
"So, you gonna answer my question?"
I gulped.
'I can't tell her! She'll hate me! She'll no longer be my friend! She'll.......'
"Hey," She put her hand on my shoulder. "Talk to me. You can tell me anything."
I gulped.
'Here it goes.'
"ILIKEYOUALOT!!"
She just stood there. In a daze. I got up suddenly and started walking to the door.
"I'm such and idiot!"
~Willow's POV~
I stood there taking in what Topaz had said.
'He like me? Of all people? Me!'
Before I knew what I was doing I ran up to Topaz and spun him around. He seemed shocked at first. I smiled at him and kissed his lips. He stiffened, but he instantly melted. He kissed me back. The entire guild cheered.
"I don't like you. I love you, Topaz."
"I love you too." He kissed me again.
