LaToya pulled up in front of a large house and waited for Josh's reaction, Josh's mouth fell open. How rich could she be? The house stood three stories high with white marble columns out front and a sweeping green lawn doted with bright flowers. Macadam paths led all around the building's grounds.
"You take care of this all by yourself? How did you even end up living in this house? It's so. . .Wow!" ,
Letting out a bell like laugh, LaToya opened her car door and stepped out onto the street lined with stately houses.
Josh got out and walked around to the other side of the car, where he joined LaToya on the sidewalk. Passers by gawked at Josh, still naked in the fall chill.
"You'll get leaves or bugs stuck up your cock if you stand out hear like that!" LaToya giggled. Josh rolled his eyes,
"Really?"Josh kidded "I guess we should hurry up and get inside then." She walked up to the huge house only maybe 4 sq ft smaller than a mansion. When he got closer the smell of fish and dry cum hit Josh's nose. How many times has she fucked a man here? He asked himself. When inside a lined carpet sit in the mud room lined with converses and Nordstrom boxes he guessed was full with shoes or maybe... Sex toys? Josh shook the thought from his mind. LaToya took off her elegant shoes and walked closer to him, thinking about the future of this encounter. She did not find an answer. "So, what's next? Sex, sleep, what?" He seemed off, and a boner emerged from his crotch. "Let's find out."
Josh paused,
"Look. . .I don't know if I'm ready for this. I mean, I just broke up. LaToya, let's just take it nice and slow, okay? I'm sorry, I'll be honest, I really like you, but. . ."
"I'm sorry."
Akward silence rung out, it seemed so quiet it was loud. LaToya finally spoke taking off her scarf and coat and hanging them on a wrack nearby,
"Can I take your coat? Oh! I forgot, you don't have anything on!" She laughed hysterically, "As long as you live here that joke will never get old!"
"Bruh." Josh rolled his eyes.
"You hungry?" She said walking down the large hallway lined with glass cases full of fancy looking nick jacks.
"Yeah. But what is all this stuff? How did you get it?"
"I travel." She answered shortly, after pausing she continued, "And well. . .some of the guys I sleep with pay." She chuckled, throwing a horny gaze towards Josh's cock. Josh was repulsed by the very thought and quickly changed the subject,
"Umm, how about some clothes? It's kind of cold in here. And you keep staring at my. . .ehem and it's not very comfortable. So. . ."
"No, no sweetie. Not yet."
"Can you please stop!" He exploded, "Your treating my like another one of those guys you pick up off the street! And let me tell you I'm not! You watch yourself! We just met like 20 minutes ago and you've already made the move, twice!"
LaToya stopped in her tracks and whirled to face him, eyes blazing. Her anger seemed to make her even more beautiful, her bold strong form standing out epically,
"You know," her voice was deadly calm and so sexy, "I don't have to let you stay here. I could kick you out and leave you just like you were when I found you. You watch yourself."
She pointed toward a flight of steps, "There's a spare room upstairs." And she turned and walked away wordlessly.
The room was nice enough. Josh was just great fun that LaToya hand kicked him out. He threw his clothes on the floor, but not before salvaging his phone from the folds of his pants and flopped on the bed. Opening his texts he found Shira's contact already open. The last text she sent was from two days ago. He typed a message:
Hi. Sorry about what happened. Can we maybe get together one day for coffee or something? :)
No. Delete
Hey. U ok? Sorry about that fight. I really can't stand it being away from u. Can we please get back together babe?

And it hit him. Shira would never respond. No! He couldn't believe that everything was done with Shira. Maybe he could try things out with LaToya but Shira would always be his true love. Or would she? The question hung like the sword attached to the ceiling by a single quivering string, destined it seemed to drop at any moment. Josh reminded himself not to think of it like. But he could think of was LaToya. Well. . .he could try her out. . .but just as something to keep his sex live going until he could get Shira back. If he could. It sounded cruel, but. . .Josh sighed it had been hectic day. He layed back on the soft wool sheets and sleep claimed him.

He woke up to see LaToya hovering above him her arms around his waist and it felt awesome.
"Hey." She said in that low, sexy voice. Josh frantically shook his head and try to squirm out of her grip,
"What? Are you scared?" LaToya flashed a horny a smile.
"LaToya. Please get off me. I told you I'm not ready-"
"Oh sweetie. Nobody isn't ready for this body. Come on baby, you know you want it. You know you do. Din't be shy." She drew in closer, her hand playing up and down his back. Thoughts of Shira whirled in his mind as he turned his face,
"LaToya no! Control yourself!"
Suddenly she burst out laughing and sprung back. She rolled off the bed and stumbled around with hysteria for a good five minutes. Josh glared at her,
"Really? It's not funny." Josh tried to choke a laugh, "I could've called 911 on you for rape or something. This is ser-" he laughed and caught himself and glared again, "This is serious do."
LaToya recovered her wits and pointed a finger at him.
"You know it was funny. You know it was."
"No! It was disguisting, everything about was repulsive!"
"Oh shut up! You loved it!" She burst out laughing and the giggles quickly caught on with Josh,
"No. No. No, I didn't." He said between laughs shaking his head no repeatedly. At that single moment, he felt the biggest love for LaToya jump through his chest. This must be true love. Real love. The moment was mutual. LaToya had stopped laughing along with Josh and her soft hazel eyes were gazing into his with love reflected from her very soul. Josh stepped closer and wondered if it would last. This flutter I his chest. This strange warmth in his heart. This foreign feeling throughout his hole body, the sensation that he wanted to cry and laugh, to shout or sigh with pleasure. Could this be real love? What he'd been searching for this s entire time? All thoughts of Shira disappeared from his mind as they drew closer, lips coming nearer together like slow motion magnets. And then. . .he stopped,
"LaToya, I can't. I'm really sorry, I just-"
"I understand. Let's just leave this behind okay? I made dinner are you hungry? Come on." She stepped towards the door.
"Wait. How about some clothes?"
LaToya shook a scolding finger in his face and put on a stern face,
"No, no, no."
Josh shrugged and laughed following LaToya onto the landing and down the staircase into the main carpeted corridor. Down the hallway led them to a dining room who's table stretched a good ten feet. And only two chairs were set with glasses of wine and some plates and expensive looking cutlery. The food was piled in lavishly decorated bowls and platters and the smell wafted towards his nose making his mouth water.
"So how was your nap?" She asked after they'd sat and said grace.
"Ok I guess. I'm sorry about what happened earlier. I shouldn't have explode like that. It was just so overwhelming and all of this crap in one day."
She shrugged,
"It was good to let off some steam, eh? I get grumpy all alone here sometimes."
"You live here all by yourself, no even like a maid or something? Just you and all those guys."
"Well, I had someone here awhile ago. He was a really nice guy, well it seemed liked he was. . .until he broke my heart. And ever since I've waited here alone for real love."
"Real love. I get it. So many relationships are just for the sex, or just for the money or sometimes just for the thrill of having somebody to show off as your girlfriend or boyfriend, whatever. I always wanted somebody who would love me. Not love my looks, or my money, or my cock."
"Josh! We're eating!" LaToya's fork clattered onto the table. Josh hung his head like a guilty little boy,
"Sorry. Anyway, I once had a girlfriend who smiled and always said the right things. But we got in argument and it seemed like she was a different person. I. . .i realized she was really ugly inside."
"Sometimes, it seems like you've found the perfect person and then. . .everything falls apart. But anyway, tell me about yourself."
Josh shrugged,
"What am I supposed to say? Gosh, you ask hard questions. Uh, okay I'm 24 and I like ice cream. I hate avocado. My mom is from Tobago and my dad's Nigerian. My favorite color is blue."
"Blue. I love blue. Especially the really deep shades, whenever I wear that color I just feel so good. Is it the same with you?" LaToya said, eyes bright. Josh gawked,
"No. I just like blue."
LaToya laughed,
"People say I think too deeply about a lot of stuff. Some guys don't like it, cause a lot of them like seeing the world really practically."
"That's what a lot of people think. But I like it." Josh smiled and LaToya smiled back. Again came the strange flutter in his chest and warmth throughout his hole body that couldn't be love. Or could it? They held eachother's gaze for what seemed like millennia. Josh final broke the silence,
"So. . .tell me about you?"
"I'm from Hawaii and I'm 24 too. I like to sing and I travel a lot. My favorite hobby is having sex."
"And you yell at me for bring dirty at dinner? Whatever! Anyway, where do you work?"
LaToya waved a dismissive hand, "Oh I work with some old record label company. I write songs for people and I sing sometimes. Not much. What about you?"
"Well, I quit my job for Shira but I used to work at a women's clothes store."
"Shira?"
"She was the one I broke up with. I had to quit my just b to move in with her here. But then we broke up and now I've got nowhere to go. Basically, Shira had all the money and stuff, so I'm left without anything." Josh trailed off, "I though we had real love in the beginning. But then we started getting into these big fights almost whenever we were alone in the same room. And then we'd end up having makeup sex and going home. And then the next time we met again, it would be another fight and making up,again. Like clockwork."
LaToya reached out to take my hand, but I drew back,
"Look," she said, "I'll do anything I can do to help you. Not just with money." They both knew what other things she meant she could help him with. She could help him mend his broken heart. But Josh still didn't know of he was ready yet.
"Thank you." Josh said akwardly. They ate in silence for the rest of the meal, the only sound was the clatter of forks and knives echoing off the luxurious marble walls. Once Josh great fully scraped the last crum of food from his plate, he rose,
"Thank you LaToya. . .for everything." He returned to his room and picked up his phone, again checking the texts he got. Nothing. Josh berried his face in his pillow and cried himself to sleep.
********************************************************
"Rise and shine!" The light shone through the open blinds. LaToya walked into the square of golden sunlight cast across the room, "Good morning! I've got a bad g day planned!"
Josh groaned and rolled over and swung his feet over the side of the bed.
"And what exactly do you have planned?"
"Well, first we're going to go find you a job. I can pull some strings at the record company. Then, we're going to turn up!"
"Turn up? Where?"
"I know this awesome club on the corner of Fulton and 59th. It's like the real deal."
"I've gotta be somewhere at 1:00."
"Where?"
"None of your business." Josh grunted LaToya shrugged and handed him a tray of eggs and pancakes. He inhaled it all and walked to the closet.
"Did you get any clothes yet?" Josh asked. LaToya did not respond. Josh found a wrath of shirts and pants of hangers and shoes neatly lined up on the floor. He got dressed as LaToya watched awkwardly in his parifary. When he was ready LaToya held the door open,
"Okay, let's go."
Everything was a blur in Josh's eyes. His mind kept wandering off toward thoughts of LaToya's beauty. Of real love. Of the moment they'd shared together. LaToya managed to get Josh the job and He nodded and smiled and shook hands. Outside in the car, Josh checked his messages again and found nothing. He looked to the top of screen where the time was indicated in black, 12:57. Josh wanted fling open the car door and dash to the cafe. He stared at the time changed from 12:57 to 12:58. He turned to LaToya, so kind and generous and beautiful in her own unique way. And he made his choice. Gritting his teeth, Josh pressed edit on his contacts and selected Shira, and with a trembling finger, he tapped delete.
Even before LaToya's car had fully come to a completely come to a stop, Josh kept out of the car and ran around to the other side and pulled a flustered LaToya out of the driver's seat,
"Josh what are you-" Josh cut LaToya off as he put his arms around her beautiful waist and brought his lips to her soft plump lips. The kiss was amazing, full of passion and desire, something more real than anything Josh had experienced with Shira. LaToya drew in to him her body molding into his as he tasted the lingering taste of coffee she'd had earlier, and the feeling of love deep in him; the flutter in his heart, the warmth throughout his body. Josh felt somehow LaToya, in this kiss, was mending his broken heart. This, this must be real love. . .
