Chapter 4
Adam POV

I stared as she walked over with a cunning grin and sat down across the booth from us.

"Agent Alesa." I exclaimed shocked, she worked for the FBI! What the hell was she doing here?

"Hey Sky fancy seeing you here. Didn't know I was Deadlox's inside source did you?" She laughs and flicks her hair out of her eyes. She's got a bright red streak running threw her hair but wasn't too noticeable.

"It's Adam now and no in fact I didn't. How long have you been his insider?" She thinks for a second before deciding on an answer.

"I'd say about 4 maybe 5 years. I was Ghosts insider first but I'd much rather work for Deadlox. He's a bit more fair and slightly less of an asshole."

"Hey!"

"Don't even bother babe. You can be quite the asshole." He scowled at me and slumped down in the booth setting his head on my shoulder. "So why are we here?"

"Because the FBI is off its rocker with three special agents missing. You need to release Jerome,Mitchell and Tyler."

"Not happening" Ty exclaimed sharply, "They know way too much about what we're doing and where we're located. I can't risk that information getting out to the Feds."

As much as I hated to admit it; he was right. The three of them knew too much against us. I couldn't kill them no I wouldn't kill them. They were my family.

"We're not killing them. We could return one of them?" I suggested. Alesa gave me a look.

"Which one?" Ty and I shared a look.

It was in our best interest to keep Jerome. He was strong willed and  would stop at nothing to find us. Mitch was our tech guy but Isaac could easily take over for that. Tyler. I wanted to keep an eye on him but I also didn't want him to get hurt.

"Mitch. He can be replaced." I answered firmly, "The others we need for now." Ty bit his lip thinking but eventually nodded in agreement with my choice, reaching out to take my hand squeezing it gently.

"I'll take Mitch back with me then and say you released one of the prisoners. What will you do with Jerome and Tyler?" Alesa asked sipping her martini.

"Jerome knows something more. Something he isn't telling us. I'm not sure what it is but I want to know. Tyler..well I like to see him squirm; it amuses me." I rolled my eyes and Alesa chuckled.

The rest of our meal was spent chatting mindlessly about random things but I was grateful when it was over. We said our goodbyes to Alesa and she agreed she would be meeting us back in Germany to pick up Mitch tomorrow.

Brice and Lachlan were already boarding the plane when we arrived at the airport. We were taking a public plane back since our normal pilot had an issue with his jet. We were still first class though.

The four of us sat in a single area. Ty and myself next to each other and Lachlan and Brice across from us facing us.

"So where did you guys go?" Lachlan asked buckling his seatbelt. I glanced at Ty who smirked.

"Oh you know. Hot date in England, we met up with a friend of mine." He paused as the flight attendant walked past out seats. "She's a spy of mine. She'll be taking Mitch back to the FBI to get them off our back for a little while."

"Why only Mitch?"

"Jerome knows something that he's not telling us. And I like to keep Tyler where he is. He's entertaining." Lachlan laughed and flagged down the flight attendant ordering himself a glass of wine. Which honestly sounded really good right now.

I ordered myself a beer and soon the hostess returned with all of our drinks. I'd drink myself drunk if we weren't on a plane. It was what I really needed now.

"You alright Adam?" Ty murmured a little while into the flight. I nodded taking his hand in mine giving it a light squeeze. He smiled and lifted our hands kissing the back of mine. "We'll be back in Germany real soon and we can get some good sleep alright?" I loved the idea of getting some real sleep and maybe even a hot meal. Plane and cafe food was good but I wanted a real home meal. Plus Brice was a great cook.

"Yeah I know. Guess I'm just exhausted." I admitted leaning back in my seat. He smiled softly and ran his thumb over my knuckles softly.

"Then get some rest. Plane ride isn't too long." I sighed and closed my eyes. Attempting to fall asleep.
