Chapter 8

( Here is a picture of what the girls wear to the New Year's party . Utua wears the purple , amu wears the pink , zoey wears the green , Rima wears the red and kairi's sister wears the yellow . The next slide is a video of what the girls sing when they tell the guys they are in a band . Plus they are gonna sing a song at the party . )

            ♢♤♢ Kairi's POV ♢♤♢

I was walking in town , I'm going to the school to meet the others . Me and the others are going to play in the snow at the school since it has a big yard . I can't wait to see zoey . But as I'm walking , I bump into tadase and kukaki . They're heading to the school to , well at least I won't have to talk to myself on the way . Musashi is asleep in my hoodie , I didn't feel like moving him so I let him sleep there . And then we found ikuto , well more like he found us . So here's how it happened .
Me , kukaki and tadase were talking . Zoey had texted me earlier saying that she has a suprise , I had asked what it is . She replied with a " It's a surprise , I'll tell you when you get here . " . I'm not much for suprises , but if she's happy about it then I'm happy . And utua had texted kukaki the same thing . So we discussed about what the news utua and zoey had , maybe there news was different and maybe it was the same . Then , ikuto showed upside down . His cat ears and tail were showing . He said he was going to meet amu at the school as well , he said amu had begged him . She even used her puppy dog eyes , I had said he can't sat no to her . And he had replied back by saying how I can't say no to zoey , and they we all greed that we can't say no to our girlfriends . We laughed . Wow , we actually got along and with ikuto with us . I think ikuto and tadase are trying to be friends , I hope ikuto's trying his hardest . Because amu would be upset , and then ikuto would have to try even harder . So we went , and for once ikuto didn't say anything cocky . I don't know how amu deals with him , sometimes I feel bad for her . So we keep walking , until we're finally at the school . I see zoey , rima , utua and amu . Once utua sees kukaki , she runs over to me and hugs him . I was afraid she was gonna run him over , poor kukaki . Tadase went over to rima , she was laughing , she maybe he said something funny to make her laugh . Then ikuto with his cat like reflexes , snuck over to amu , without amu or us seeing him move from his spot , picked amu up like a prince would pick up a princess . Amu yelped in suprise , and demanded ikuto put her down . But ikuto didn't listen , and continued to hold her . And zoey , my zoey . She walked over to me , and when she got to me she wrapped her arms around my neck . I put my arms around her and pulled her close . She smiled at me , I've been waiting to see that smile . " I'm sorry you had to wait on us , we had bumped into ikuto and we were a little late . " I said . " It's fine , besides knowing ikuto he's usually the one to make someone late . " she said . Then she jumped a bit , maybe she had just realized she forgot something . She quickly escaped my hols on her , and grabbed amu and utua . They stood next to each other in the snow in front of us . Then , they started singing and dancing . " If you fall for me . " utua sang . " I'm not easy to please . " amu sang " I might you apart . Told you from the start , baby from the start . " zoey sang .
" I'm only gonna break , break your heart , break your heart! I'm only gonna break , break your heart! I'm only gonna break , break your heart! " they sang together as they snapped they're fingers . What does this mean? Ikuto and kukaki looked as puzzled as me , are they wanting to sing? Then rima got in front of them , and announced something . " Everyone , meet the new girl band! The heartbreakers! " rima said excitedly .
Utua , zoey and amu are a band? That's . . . well , I don't know how to put it into words .

Rima had just announced me , amu and utua as the new band . And I just can't wait for our first concert! Kairi , kukaki and ikuto looked puzzled . What the heck? Then kukaki smiled .
" That's my girl! " kukaki said . " I'm getting a backstage pass . " Ikuto said . Utua and amu smiled when they're boyfriend's said something about it , I'm still waiting on kairi's response . Come one kairi , say something . I frowned when he said nothing , and looked down at the snow covered ground . " I'll be the first one at the concert with a back stage pass . " kairi said . " Me too! " kukaki said . My frown turned to a smile , and i'm happy again . " Me and rima are definitely there , and we want back stage passes too! " tadase said . Me , utua and amu looked at each other and smiled . Cause we knew this is going to rock! " So why the heartbreakers? " tadase asked .
" Yeah , couldn't it have been something else? " kukaki asked . " I like the name . " Ikuto said with a smirk . " I like it too . " kairi said .
" We are called the heartbreakers . And it's because if a fan boy ever asks us out , we have to say no and break they're hearts because we already have the best boyfriend's ever! " I said . I pointed at kairi , utua pointed at kukaki and amu pointed at ikuto . Ikuto just couldn't stop smirking , I guess he likes to smirk a lot .
