Deidara woke up in bed. He sat up lazily and rubbed his tired eyes. When he looked over at Sasori's bed on the other side of the room, he noticed it was empty. That's weird... He's never awake before me.... The blond thought. When he tried to get up, someone grabbed him and pulled him back down, holding him like a teddy bear. "What the- Sasori!? Hm!?" Sasori was dead asleep with a stupid grin on his face. "Mmmm... That's some good pie Dei...." He mumbled. "What the heck!? Hm! Wake up!" Deidara yelled, trying to push Sasori off him. "Sasori!!!"
Someone opened the door. "Guys, it's time to-" Hidan stopped as he saw the two boys on the bed together. His eyes widened and a slight blush appeared on his face. "Um.... Sorry to interrupt! J-just keep doing your thing!" He quickly closed the door. "W-Wait! It's not like that!" Deidara yelled as a blush burned on his face.
Sasori finally let go of the blond and sat up. "What's up with all the noise?" He asked tiredly. Deidara pushed him out of the bed. "Don't even TRY to act all innocent! Hm!" He yelled before storming out of the room. Sasori stared after him, confused, from down on the floor. "What did I do...." He asked himself.
Deidara walked to the dining room and slumped down in his chair. "What's up with you?" Konan asked. Hidan chuckled. "hehe... Him and Sasori had a rough morning...." Deidara shot him a glare. "It's not like that! Hm!" Hidan smiled amusingly. "Then what is it like Dedara?" Before Deidara could answer, Sakura walked in. She was wearing a pink sun dress and had her hair in a pony tail. Deidara stared at her in amazement. "Well, Someone looks nice today." Pein smiled. "What's the occasion?" Hidan asked. "No reason..... Just felt like it I guess..." the girl shrugged as she sat down in front of Deidara. "Um.... How long are you going to stare at me? I can go change if all of you think it's such a big deal." Sakura said to deidara. The blond snapped out of his daze. "Oh! What!? No! Hm. Sorry, I was just, uh.."
"He was just drooling over you is all," Hidan teased, a huge grin on his face. Sakura and Deidara both blushed a little. "T-That's not true! Hm!" Deidara yelled. "Awww.... He's embarrassed!" The other boy laughed. "Ok, That's enough Hidan. Leave him alone." Pein ordered. "Hidan sighed. "Fine..."
After breakfast, Deidara walked into the living room and saw Sakura sitting on the coach. "Somehow, I always seem to find you here, Hm" He smiled as he sat down next to her. "Oh, hey Dei" Sakura smiled. "So... What's up?" the boy asked, knowing something was wrong. "Huh? Nothing!" She said nervously. Deidara looked at her sternly. "Come on Cherry.... I can tell something's bothering you" Sakura sighed. "Yeah... You're right..."
"Well, What is is? Hm" Sakura started playing with the hem of her dress nervously. "It's just.... So much has been happening lately. First, I was asked to join the Akatsuki, Then I was almost kissed by Itachi, which made Hidan mad for some reason.... Then They wouldn't talk to me, Then! I made out with you. After that, I saw Sasuke, Whom I was still not able to save, not to mention he almost killed me! And I was going to let him! It's so overwhelming..." She slumped down in the coach and sighed. "I don't know...... Maybe it's just me being over-dramatic..." Deidara looked down at her. "Im sorry, Hm!" He said. Sakura looked up at him in confusion. "What? Why?" She asked. The blond looked down at his lap. "I never wanted to hurt you..... I just..." Sakura sat up. "You didn't do anything! Don't ever think that!" Deidara looked up, shocked. "You're my friend Deidara... You and Sasori, If it wasn't for you two I would die here!"
Friend..... That's not the word i want to hear. She doesn't know it, but every time she says that it's like a slap across the face...
Deidara gave her a fake smile. "Thanks, Hm"
The blond lay on his bed, throwing a ball against the wall. Sasori sat on the floor, messing with his puppets. Deidara sighed loudly. Sasori didn't do anything. He sighed again, a little louder... Nothing happened. This time he let out a huge sigh. "For the love of- What do you want!?" Sasori yelled. "Well, Since you begged me to tell you... I guess I should tell you. You know, Because I'm Such a good friend." Dei said. Yeah... Sure.... Sasori thought. "Go ahead then..." The red head sighed. "It's about Sakura..." He started. "Oh, jeez.... I shouldn't have asked..." Sasori mumbled. "What was that, hm?" Dei asked. "Oh nothing! go ahead..."
"Ok.... Well anyway, I like her.... And she just sees me as a friend.... She's to dense to realize my feelings! And to make it worst! I'm pretty sure Itachi and Hidan like her too! Hm!" He complained. "I don't know what to do!" Sasori sighed and shook his head. "Well if she doesn't see how you feel, Then why don't you just tell her?" He said flatly. Deidara stared at Sasori is astonishment. "Are you saying you never thought about that?" the other boy asked, looking at Deidara like he was stupid. "It's really that simple?" Dei asked. "Well yeah i guess... She has to accept your confession, but yeah" Deidara jumped off his bed. "YOU ARE SO SMART! I CAN'T BELIEVE I NEVER THOUGHT ABOUT THAT! HM!" He ran out of the room, Sasori staring after him with a frown. He sighed.
Even though he's going through the same thing.... He still doesn't see the way I feel for him, The way I look at him, Or how no matter what... I always do everything for him just so he can be happy.....
What is this!!??!! Is Sasori in love with Deidara!? Why yes he is!! What will happen when Deidara tells Sakura how he feels about her? How will Sasori deal with it? And What will Itachi and Hidan do!?
