Chapter 11-Apologies

Naruto crossed his arms and stared at Sasuke with a look of disgust. Even though he was tired of fighting, Naruto never gave in. He earned every ounce of respect he has. Nobody could treat him the way Sasuke treated him and get away with it.
Sasuke looked soft. Like he had a new calmness to him. It was extremely foreign. They stared at each other until Naruto let him in. They paced into the living area and Naruto sat down. Sasuke started to talk.
"I know I've kinda been an asshole, and I'm sorry." His eyes shifted all around the room. He seemed a little out of everything.
"Save the apologies. I don't need them." Naruto stood up and looked out the window. He saw something, like a flash of grey pass by.

He blinked a few times. He turned back to Sasuke. "Just promise me you won't hurt Sakura. I don't want to see a pretty good friendship fall apart because of us," Naruto said sadly. He didn't want his times with Sasuke to be over, but he needed a break.
