C O L L I S I O N
Just a few more months, a few more months without having to live with his uncle for one week, then his aunt the next, and then some other aunt from his opposite parents house.
Shawn would be graduating in a few months, hoping that all this hard work pay off as soon as he can get to college and dorm there.
Everyday he would remind himself that it's for the best. Living this way, it's for something.
Currently, Shawn is on his way to his first day at the job he's been given. It's his very first so he's very happy to be in an environment that offers nice music and a colorful appeal on the walls.
He works at Swirls. A buffet styled yogurt joint in which people can do it themselves. Toppings variation from cookie crumbs to different tapiocas and yogurt with chocolate or simply the original fruits.
The plan originally was to work at Bath & Body Works because he wanted to pay for his grandmas hygiene needs. Just to be a good young man he is.
Shawn bicycles to school typically but this mall is roughly twenty minutes away by car so his only transportation idea is to take the bicycle to a light rail that will lead him to the wealthy area.
He could of went to the mall that was a few minutes away but he couldn't bare to see the schoolmates there who tend to seem as if they're better than him.
Thoughts usually ponder his mind whenever he bicycles to the point where he doesn't pay any attention whatsoever but it downs bother him, he's been doing this so long that he's capable getting by absentminded and sometimes, no hands on the handlebar either.
With a one second delay that he should of stopped at the red stop sign, his body is feeling a maximum rise of adrenaline as his bike makes a loud dent thud and his body impacts on the pavement.
A car honks at him as he looks up and sees that he is on the edge by the sidewalk and his bicycle, now crushed, not too damaged.
The driver of the vehicle steps out of his car slowly as he holds onto his door and yells. "What the fuck did you do!" He shouts as his hands are on his head.
He races over to the front of his car and skins his fingers on the bumper and hood. "You piece of shit. You fucked up my car!" He points at his car and glares as at Shawn.
"I'm sorry! I'm sorry!" Shawn held his knees to his chest as he put his hands in defense, it's like he's almost afraid to get hit by this ignorant rich boy-- well get hit physically, not by the car that he's already been hit with.
Shawn also thought to himself, who is this kid anyways. Who does he think he is. Shawn is such a kind gentleman, he doesn't understand how anybody can be this mean.
Well, this boy here, who owns more cars than the fingers on his two hands, happens to be Taylor. Former high school drop out because his family owns a car dealership that would last their family money until seventy generations later.
No regret, no sense of mind, there is never pity nor manners ever coming out of his lips.
As we speak now, he's still cursing at Shawn, the innocent boy. The bicyclist clearly did nothing wrong, well he didn't look left and right before proceeding but still didn't do anything wrong.
Taylor looks him deep in the eyes as he looks back to his car. "Fuck." He murmurs before kicking the bike out of his way and getting back in his car.
There are a few people on the scene, either in their cars or in homes looking like they're about to leave.
Shawn frowns, wondering, "Is he really going to leave?" Shawn didn't want to be laid here on the ground with a broken bike. Just when he does assume that this guy is going to do a hit and run, he watches the car drive as his head is on the pavement.
