D I F F E R E N C E
Shawn is in pure bliss, but he realizes that if he stays in any longer he will shrivel like a raisin. He motions his eyes in search for a towel then remembers that it's hanging on the rack in front of him.
The boy gets out and dries himself off while getting his clothes on. These were silk black bottoms and he was given a plain black vneck. "So smooth." Shawn moans to himself as he puts one leg in one at a time.
He gathers all his old clothes and throws them in the back pack. Taylor was right, he only had two pairs of jeans and boxers, plus one shirt and a flannel. He'd usually get by a few days wearing the same outfit, just styling it in a different way.
If he were to only pack one outfit, one day he would cuff his pants and wear the flannel, or leave his pants causal and wrap the flannel around his waist, sometimes if he didn't have a shirt he would button it.
Shawn knows how to live simply with the most little abundance but he still thanks Taylor for the pjs.
When he walks over the the room, he notices the tv still on and Taylor facing the window, it was more of a glass window balcony door. Shawn walks towards it and you could see the view of 1000 stars, that is, just city lights and other houses. "Wow."
He looks at Taylor and sees he's asleep. Shawn grabs a pillow and brings himself to the floor. He gets up quickly and slowly removes the remote out of Taylor's reach.
"America's Got Talent it is." Previously, he used his iPhone to see how this cable company worked and what channel to find what network on. And AGT was his choice because he was thrilled with the audience that rages for talent.
Shawn's eyes set on the chandler that's above the center of the room but soon enough he feels himself falling sleep in a deep abyss. Though he's on the floor, he's the most comfortable floor he's laid his body on.
As moments go by, Taylor is awaken by a light breeze, due since Shawn left the balcony open earlier when he went out to take a look. He looks to his left and notices there's something missing. "Shawn?"
He skims the empty side of his bed, where could he be. Taylor rolls and just as he's about to get up, he sees Shawn on the floor. Cradled up in a fetus position with one pillow.
"Oh." Taylor frowns. He puts his arms under Shawn's knees and the other by his arms. He lifts Shawn up with no trouble at all. The blankets go over him as Shawn is fully tucked in. And for some reason, Taylor had the temptation to fulfill a kiss on his cheek.
But he doesn't do so.
Instead, Taylor slips himself down the stairs to go toward the fridge. "What can I eat?" And out of all the different meals he could of chose, he instead went for a frozen food package. Steak with mash potatoes and corn, and like a brownie which didn't seem like one.
He opens the microwave before it could sound off. When he goes upstairs he sees Shawn and can't help but smile. He's tucked into the blanket, seeming so happy.
Taylor gets the remote from the floor and sits in the center of the king size bed and watches whatever is on. He feels something kicking him so he turns around.
"Tay?" Shawn says in a low sleep voice. "Hey..." Taylor smiles softly as he puts a piece of fake steak in his mouth.
"What's that?" He asks wiping his eyes and getting up, still bringing the blanket close to his face. "And how did I get up here?"
"Hungry? I can share and I brought you up here." It warms Shawn's heart to know that Taylor is being caring. Something changed in just a few hours since he got hit, and Shawn is glad of Taylor's sincerity.
