Chapter 9

I look around to See an empty boxing ring, I need to let these emotions out.

I look around me one more time and breathe in it time to do something I haven't done in a while.

(5 mins later)

I walk into my bedroom and pull out a box that I haven't touched in about 5 years.

I opened it up and pull out my soccer  ball and start walking to the park.

At first I start with my basic warm ups.

I start dribbling the soccer ball up to the goal post and try shoot it hit the side of it.

As it starts flying back toward me I jump  and push my legs half way over my body doing a back scissor kick.

I smile feeling proud of myself yeh baby I still got my skills.

I hear some one clapping immediately I put my defence up yet don't show that I'm ready for a fight.

I turn my head to see her,   I gulp loudly.

"Hello there darling I can see you still have your skills right sweetheart" she speaks

"What cat got your tongue princess, answer me" she says as she goes to pull at my hair.

Immediately my reflexes kick in grabbing her hand and twisting it behind her back.

"I can see you fight back now right darling"

"Leave me alone" I say as I grit my teeth

"Now what would be the fun in that Hun"

"You have put me through so much pain in my child hood what do you want" I say my voice cracking at the end.

"That my darling you will find out soon" she whispers in my ear before leaving me standing there.

The next thing I knew I was Boeing tackled to the floor immediately I get ready to fight.

I push the person off my body grabbing there hands and putting them behind there back .

This person has a black mask on so I couldn't See there face.

I rip off the black mask and see it was it was Valentino the prankster.

"Jeez Riley calm down it was a dare" he says in pain

I sigh in relief and quickly release his hands and apologise.

"Damn girl where do you get your moves from" he says shaking his arms

I clear my throat and think of a quick lie.

"Well when u was younger my dad taught me a few self defence moves in case something like this happend".

"Ok then um are you alone" he questions .

"Yes I was just about to walk home" I say as I pick up my bag.

"I'll see you at school" I say as I start my walk home.
