The prophecy

That night they were all sitting around the campfire. After giving sacrifices to the gods, Leo told them his story. Suddenly, Chiron called them and told them about a dangerous demon which was unleashed when Gaia rose. According to him, the demon managed to stay away during the battle, but had started causing destruction in the mortal world. Chiron also told them that they had to take up a quest to kill the demon. After hearing that, all of them started complaining ( they were really tired after destroying Gaia), but the tension soon broke and turned into laughter when Leo grumbled " I was dead a few days ago, and you want me to take the risk again".

Percy's POV

Chiron called me to the side and told me to visit the Oracle. I told Annabeth, who wasn't really happy with the idea of me going alone to visit Rachel. Although, after I reminded her that Rachel couldn't date anyone anymore because she was the Oracle, Annabeth was totally ok with it. I left to see Rachel. She was in the attic. The best part was that when she decided to stay back at camp, she asked for a complete attic renovation!!! It now was junk-free and smelt and felt like taking a walk in the strawberry fields. I called out to her and she responded by emmiting green smoke ( a scene i love to see *sarcasm*) and started speaking in the "Oracle voice".
She recited: 
You will find in the light,
Six others who'll share with you a common fight.
A greater demon you shall battle,
Leaving one of you to be eaten by cattle.
I left the attic, without saying another word to Rachel. I was thinking about the last line of the  prophecy " eaten by cattle"?? On quests I have faced man-eating horses ( their stables stink), but never man-eating cows.

Annabeth's POV

Percy came running from The Big House, screaming something about man-eating cows. We sat around the campfire, listening to him recite the prophecy. I whispered into his ear " That sounded exactly like something Rachel would say" and he responded with a cute smile, a smile any girl would fall for.
