Trying to not snap , jump across the desk and kill Kaylee's father and her brother is the hardest thing. I have ever tried to do in a long time. Logan , a couple other members were getting tick off at the snow foot pack. Finally Logan snapped at them growling with rage
"Until the truth comes from you're mouth beta . You will have no alliances here or will the girls return with you. Your wife even said your daughter told her 'she dead to you.' I would follow suit and leave they are apart of our pack. Brianna is my Luna and Kay is a beta here mated to Deacon. Tradition says mated females stay with the males pack and that is exactly what will happen. Leave my lands tonight. Every word out of your mouth has changed and changed on why you need these girl, the same girls you kicked out or ran away or were stolen. Leave! And Don't come Back!"
With that said the snow foot packs growling at the rage that came from Logan . Their alpha held up his hands and reply glaring at Logan
" It will be a war you're asking for those girl belong to us there our purebloods. Tradition or not they belong to us."
They exited the room after leaving the theart of war. Logan had me and a few others follow them to edge of the land. It was great feeling knowing they left. Logan double up night guard just in case. He said all guard shift will be double till noticed.
Nobody complained we just did it. I returned home around 3 am. I walked inside tell Bradley to go home. Down the hallway to the Kay's room . I peeked in and in the bed was the most beautiful creature sleeping on her side her hair tossed from turning in her sleep.
I shut her door and walked across the hall into my room. I tossed off my shirt and slid off my pants and boots and crawled into bed and i heard her whisper from her room " I never thought you would get back here, good night"
She put a smile on my face and i turned over and went to sleep. Think of her.
I know one day she won't be so hard on herself amd she will trust me and the pack. But till than i can wait for her. She slowly letting me get close . My wolf he is wantimg more. And i can feel her wolf , she wants more as well. But kaylee has proven her body isnt the only thing with scars.
