Vampire's Lust (ON HOLD)

Start the Battle

I was walking along the seaside with Brent. We don't have something to do so we decided to have a walk.

We are slowly walking with our bare foot. Feeling the breeze of the water and sand touching our skin.

We suddenly felt a different energy around us. By the smell and energy they have, I know they are vampire.

We stayed alert and started to search for those vampires. They are few, we can feel it.

Someone suddenly grabbed Brent roughly from behind.

My scream was abruptly cut off by the hand covering mouth. The vampire's other arm was tight around my waist.

I saw Brent from the other side fighting with three vampires.

Brent started to punch and kick the guys who are attacking him in unification movements. He effortlessly kick the one in the face which made him fall on the ground.

I'm kicking and trying to bite his hands but he had such a tight grip on my jaw that my teeth couldn't quite grasp a bit of his skin. He didn't make any sound as my feet kicked his legs repeatedly.

Brent suddenly appeared in front if us punching the face of the guy who's holding me. By that, he lose the grip on me and they started fighting.

I started screaming as loud as I could. Brent is obviously having a hard time to get around with the guy.

On my peripheral vision I saw a little move near the other side. Only to find out that it was the guy laying on the floor with his two dead buddy beside him.

Their chest break into parts, revealing it's ripped heart and broken bones.

Bloods are scattered in every parts of their body even on the sand. The guy tries to reach for me as he was trying to have an eye contact with me.

I grabbed the chance to instruct him his desired death. Releasing his blood in every hole it could come out. Crimson red liquid started to run out of his eyes, ears, nose and even from his mouth.

"Th...they wi...will kill yo..you! Th..they wi..ll kill every....everyone o...of y...you!"

He shouted as loud as he can until he drain all of the blood inside his body which made him die.

I slowly let my self fall on the sand. I feel so weak after using my ability. I can feel the blood stains on my cheeks as it is getting dry.

I saw Brent running towards me. And after that it all went black.

I saw Freya sitting on the sand. I know she felt weak after releasing so much energy.

I hurriedly carry her in a bridal style before I started running.

I know this is another scheme of vanity clan. And this is another sign that the war is about to start.

When we got home I headed to her room and lay her on bed.

I prepare a towel and warm water on the small container. I wipe it on her cheeks which has a blood stain.

After that i changed her clothes which is a bit dirty due to her fall.

After assuring that she is sleeping well I get some blood bags and placed it on her side table.

I walked to my room with some food and dialed Calsipher's number. I know we are not in good terms but this is a quite serious matter.

After several rings he answered my call.

"Leader we encountered vanity clan's member again. They attacked us in the seaside earlier."

All of us are required to use the term Leader to emphasise the seriousness and firmness of matter or something that needs a lot of attention.

"How can you be so sure that they are members of vanity?"

"They all have a cross figure tattoo on their neck colored with black, which means that they are the lowest class."

"They? You mean.. "

"Yes Leader, they are four "

A long moment of silence betide.

"Alright then, tomorrow night meeting is set. Bring Freya. All of us will start our training as a Clan"

After that call, I returned to Freya's room to check if she's still sleeping.

Her long black hair covered half of her face while she was laying in sideways. I gently remove it and let my self fall asleep beside her.

So guys, lets get ready for the war that's about to start.

The flow if the next chapters will focus first on the clan war. But don't worry BreYa and FreCal will still have their moments there.
