Hyunji's pov

Today is the weekends and i have a date with Hani, we plan to go to the mall today to do our nails, shop and eat. We are girls anyway...
I was preparing myself in the room when my brother just budge into my room, "Hey little bear you going out? With Hani?" "Yeah we have a date today, she forced me too." i replied "You should start being like Hani, talk to people socialize with the world. Just because Baekhyun left you and didn't came back doesn't mean you need to lock yourself from the world." my oppa said while patting my head. Here is the thing when i was younger Baekhyun and i love to spent time together we even made promises saying that we will be friends forever and we won't leave each other. But after his grandma past away Baekhyun left without saying goodbye and that's when i became a close person, i started locking myself away from people i couldn't bring myself to even say hi to my new neighbours when they greet me.

-at the mall-

Hani's pov

Hyunji and i were eating at our favourite restaurant, i know Hyunji hates being out for too long it makes her uncomfortable so i just decided for us to have lunch and head back home. We were happily eating, chatting and enjoying ourselves until an old man came to us and said "you are the shy girl that Kyungmin(Baekhyun's grandma it's made up!) mention before..." 'what the hell is this old man talking about?' 'Is he drunk?' I thought to myself giving Hyunji the questioning look. Hyunji politely replied "I'm sorry sir but are you mistaken?" "Heh i don't mistake people when i see them, your name is Kim Hyunji right? I heard alot about you." 'Woah is he a genie or something?' "Yes she is Kim Hyunji, have you met her before? Because i'm sure she doesn't remember seeing you." i replied him before Hyunji can even say anything "No we didn't met but i'm a friend of Kyungmin, Baekhyun's grandma." "Baekhyun's grandma? Why are you telling me this anyway?" Hyunji asked "Well i just want to pass you a message your life is like snow, it drops from the sky beautifully in white but that won't last long if you do not find your knight." He said smiling "What does that even mean?!!!" I shouted "Hyunji if you have any questions i stay near the woods, you can find me there...goodbye ladies enjoy your meal." with that he left. 'What an old freak' "Is he crazy? He is not serious right?" I asked Hyunji who looks really puzzled right now "i'm not sure either." she replied softly "Let's just continue eating we need to head home soon." i said and we dig in.

Hyunji's pov

I can't stop thinking at what the old man said back in the restaurant "Well i just want to pass you a message, your life is like snow it drops from the sky beautifully in white but that won't last long if you do not find your knight." he mentioned a knight, knights protect people does he mean i have someone protecting me all this while? But from who, from what and who is it?? I had so many questions in my head that needs answers...
'Should i visit him?' i remembered him saying that he stay near the woods, should i trust him? There are not much people that goes to the woods, it is a really dangerous place to go to alone that is what my dad said when i was younger.

Baekhyun's pov

I was on my way to visit grandma today, i decided to drive there. It's been awhile since i've been here and i always remember grandma telling me "Hyun-ah, you are grandma's favourite grandchild. I will promise to protect you but you must promise to protect the girl i told you about." protecting someone isn't just making sure he/she is safe but it's saying that you protect because you love.
I always wanted my Life to be like Snow, elegantly, beautiful and calm but it all came crashing down when grandma left us will my life goes back to being like snow?

-back at the Byun's residence-

"Baekhyun we are going to a business trip with Mr Kim, Hyunji's father tomorrow and i need you to stay over their house for the week. We won't be home until next week and no one is here to take care of you and Hyunmin is there he can take care of you and Hyunji." my dad said "You really want to let go of that promise do you? I can take care of myself is not like it is the first time." i rolled my eyes getting annoyed with my parents. "Yes i am! I want you to forget that promise you made with grandma. You can always protect Hyunji if you were by her side, i know inside that heart of yours you have feelings for her you actually care for her so i want to help you get there." I'm shocked with what my dad said. "I..i..i don't know dad i really don't know." "Whatever it is Baekhyun-ah Mom and Dad will always be there to help you and protect you so will you please go and pack your bags. We are leaving tomorrow morning and we will drop you off at the Kim's." my mom said looking at me. 'Why do they have to make things so difficult for me.' 'At least Hyunmin hyung will be there right.'

Hyunji's pov

Dad just told me that he is going on a business trip with Mr and Mrs Byun tomorrow and Baekhyun will be staying here for the week. My brother will be in charge when he is away... i don't know which one should i be worried more my brother being in charge for a week or Baekhyun staying over?
Me and Baekhyun doesn't have a very good relationship and things will be really awkward for that week and i can already imagine it is going to be a long week ahead.

'Do you think Baekhyun will start opening up for me again?' 'Can we start a conversation without him pushing me away?' 'Baekhyun do you really hate me so much?' after much thoughts i fell asleep scared of what's going to happen tomorrow.

I'm done! Heheh! Sorry for the typos. I tried my best. I won't ve updating for a day or two due to work. I will update more in the future!!
