A boy sat in a tree. He had grey hair, covering one eye. He hummed a calm tune, watching a bird hop below him. He smiled slightly, "A Jay." That's when the bird started to shift. The wings snapped and twisted. It's neck shifted. It's eyes closed and opened. It grew, it stretched. Then, after minutes of bones snapping. A human stood there. And who was it? It was the boy, the one in the tree. 'But That's impossible'. He thought. It was like looking into a mirror. But the 'Jay' had feathers threw his hair. It smiled, "Hello, Jay." A scream of horror filled the air. Bones snapped and twisted. Just as before. Except the boy was shrinking. And in a matter of seconds. A blue bird sat in a tree, chirping wildly and hopping around. What was once a bird giggled, turning around, and walking away. A single feather was left behind. And that was it.
