Ohmygod, I'm upsessed with the Sage world
FUN FACT: A sage is LITERALLY from a dream I had. The name, how they look, even how they act! I uh....died. Yes. I was eaten by a Sage.
Best. Dream. Ever.

3rd person

Neon bursted into the cave, clutching a half soaked book in his hands. "TIDE!" He shrieked, running towards his brother. Half way, he tripped over his own tail, colliding with the floor. Tide watched with an amused expression, setting down the skull he was examining. Neon scrambled back to his feet, rushing to his side. "What did you find this time?" He asked. Neon showed him the book, "IFOUNDTHISBOOKABOUTAHUMANTRADITIONANDITSEEMSAWSOMECANWEDOIT!?" Tide hesitated, "Okay. Say it again, but slow down. Slow down a lot." Neon was basically bouncing around, "Th-there's a human tradition! And and, its like...can we do it!?" Tide took the book, reading the cover. "Cri...s..mes? What the hell?" Tide scrunched his face up, hissing slightly "You for got the 'T'!" "Okay...Crist..mes. Cristmes?" Neon shrugged, "But open it, look at it, look at it!" He opened the cover, the first thing he seen was a red object, several brown creatures in front of it, one with a glowing red nose. He flipped the page a few times, reading threw it. His 'Human Language' wasn't the best, but it was better then his brothers. Even though Neon was around humans all the time, watching them, 'borrowing' things. He was never one too attack people, unless they seen him, then, he went wild. He read a few lines, something about the snow falling, and a fat man coming down a...a something. It appeared to be a child's book, making it easy to understand. It was about a 'holiday'. "What do you want to do?" He asked, not really getting what his little brother wanted. Neon grinned, flipping a few pages then pointing at a tree, it was covered in colorful, round objects. Tide thought about it, looking from the half empty cave, to the picture. "Hmm...aright." Neon gasped, hugging him tightly with a long string of  'thank you'. His brother smiled, hugging back. Sure, he almost always seemed like a cold hearted murderer, but hey, he loved his brother. "Okay, what do we need?" "Well!" Neon grinned, "We need a tree. Then whatever that sparkly string is, aaaaaannd, those rainbow balls." Tode tried not to laugh. "Stop! I'm attempting to be serious!" "Okay okay! lets go find this..tree." It took two hours before they found a tree that had fallen over, one smaller then an average human. Neon insisted that he'd take it back, however, he, as always, kept tripping over his tail. So, Tide carried it back, holding it easily in one arm. Once they were back in the cave, Neon dragged it too a corner, setting it up. After many failed attempts -it kept falling over-, finally, with it leaning against the wall, it stayed. The tree was bent in some places, some twigs falling off and bent, most of the leaves gone. "It doesn't look like the tree in the picture." Tide mumbled critically. "Looks don't matter!" Neon gasped. Tide shrugged, "So...the string?" Neon grinned, "I got it!" And he dove into the water, swing to the bottom. He found a stringy piece of sea weed, a small piece. He grabbed it, swimming back into the cavern. He padded to the tree, wrapping the slimy green plant around it. "Now for the balls." Tide chuckled, "Hmm...Got any balls?" Neon frowned, "No-" "I KNEW IT!" "NO! NOT LIKE THAT!" "BWHAHAHAHA!" Neon slapped his brother across the face with his tail, his own face a bright red. When Tide calmed down, he got an idea, "Why not use your things?" He pointed at the row of human objects. Neon smiled, "Good idea!" He gatthered a few objects, putting them on a few branches. Afterwards, he grabbed his prized cube -made of other, colorful cubes, and put it on top. "You realize you basically worship that thing, right?" Neon glared at his brother, "It's simply my favorite object from the surface." He knelled in front of the tree, smiling. Tide sat next to him, "Now what?" Neon grabbed the book, reading it. "It says something about gifts. Then, spending time with your family." Immediately, he dropped the book, hugging his brother tightly. Tide chuckled, hugging him back. "Mmm...merrr..y...crestmes." He smiled, "Merrry crestmes."
