A Minecraft Wolf's Story

Chapter 3: Rivals

I woke up with Ice still in bed so I got up and stretched. I lapped up some water in my bowl/cauldron. I nearly flipped out when I saw my reflection rippling in the water, I grew...Alot. I was now full sized and was amazed with my reflection.

"'Morning Ender, looks like someone finally grew up." Ice yawned. I looked at my master and wagged my tail back ad forth and pounced onto his bed. 

"Alright, ready to meet my friends?"

I barked then ran outside ready to go. Ice walked out of his room then padded to the bridge, we walked across it then he unlocked the fence. I busted out and started rolling around in the grass which made Ice laugh hysterically. "C'mon boy, you get to meet the gang."

I got up and followed him over a ravine that separated the castle from their houses. The bridge was just cobblestone blocks so I carefully walked over it after I saw Ice walk over it. We walked a bit until I saw 2 more rectangles, One was white, and the other was red.

"Ice! Welcome back!" One called from outside their house. Ice sprint-jumped up to her. She had rainbow clothes and hair, one eye was pink the other was blue. She was another.. 'Player' as Mud-slide called them.

Her eyes lit up when she saw me, "He's so cute, he looks just like a mini enderman, where did you get him?" she pressed.

Ice pet my head, "I found him near the snow biome, he was just a puppy and wondering around. My theory is that the system messed up and spawned a wolf with an endermans texture."

"He's so cool! My brother is going to be so jealous. Come here Star!" The rainbow girl called. A fence gate beside her door opened up and a pretty wolf with a pink collar walked out and stood beside her.

"Hi." she barked and smiled.

I was starstruck when I looked at her, "H-Hi" I stammered. She giggled and looked at me, "So you're Ice's new wolf huh?" I nodded.

The door of the second house opened, and a guy with a red gamer tag and clothes walked out. He seemed way less friendly then the energetic girl. "Hey Ice, I didn't know you were a hacker."

My master rolled his eyes, "I didn't hack him Blaze, he is probably a lucky glitch." I got a closer look at their tags, the girls name was 'XxCrystalxX and the guys name was 'Blazefate666'."Hey Ice, lets make our dogs fight to see whose better." 

Ice narrowed his eyes and stood in front of me protectively, "No have you ever seen a wolf like him? I'm not going to let your mutt attack him. "Blaze isn't the nicest person." Star whispered.

"I see." I mumbled.  A wolf with a orange collar walked out of his house and strode over to us with his tail high. "So you're Ice's new mutt, stay out of my way or ill put you in your place." he growled and shoved me.

"Watch it." I snarled and bared my fangs.

The wolf whipped around and glared at me, "What did you say?" I smirked, "You heard me."

Star put herself between us, "Blitz don't start a fight with him, he's new."

"Doesn't give him an excuse for being a punk, Star." Blitz retorted.

I can already tell i'm going to hate you.  I ignored his harsh words and padded back over to Ice.

"Your dog is a wuss Ice, you should let the spider have him." Blaze told my master. "Jeez give him time, If I remember correctly, Blitz ran into your fireplace and started half of your house on fire." Ice replied.

Blitz growled and lowered his head as he bared his fangs. Blaze rolled his eyes, "My dog learned his lesson...trust me." 

"Hey how about we take them hunting, I wanna see how well Ender does for his first time." Crystal cheerfully suggested.

Ice shrugged, "Sure, what should we hunt first?" Blaze thought for a moment, "See if he can kill a Iron golem, I got one tied out back."

Crystal's eyes widened, "Don't! that's suicide Blaze. How about we hunt cows?"

"Thank you for having a non-retarded idea Crystal." Ice laughed. "Oh shut up Ice, you are totally wasting your dog. I'm sure Blitz could kill my golem if he felt like it."

"Ugh guys stop fighting, leggo." Crystal interupted and started walking away with Star. The two rivals followed after her.

They walked for a while until they saw a heard of cattle grazing in a patch of wild grass. "Watch and learn." My master said and pulled out a bow and arrow. he shot one right in the side and the whole herd took off. "Ender now!"

I felt something in me take over, my instincts were kicking in. I teleported in front of the herd, creating several purple sparks when I landed. I threw myself at the cow and bit it hardly causing it to glow and fade into dust.

"Atta boy Ender!" Ice yelled and ran to me. He picked up 2 raw steaks and a hide and put it into his inventory.

The others stood on the hill staring at Ender dumbfounded. "Nice magic dog!" Blaze snickered.

I raised my tail and proudly walked back to the ground with Ice. "Beat that." I muttered to Blitz as I walked by.

"My turn." The red player announced and ran off into the herd alongside his companion. He hit a cow with a iron sword then Blitz tracked it down and finished it off. Crystal clapped and smiled, "Nice kill! But Ice's was cooler!" She called.

Blitz stormed back angrily beside Blaze, "It's not my fault I can't hack like Ice." Blaze spat and glared at me, "Stupid hacked mutt," He growled and slashed me with a sword. I yelped in pain and jumped back, but Blitz was already on top of me.

The dog bit over and over without mercy, I had finally had enough. "Stop." I warned one last time but Blitz ignored my warning.

My jaw felt like it unhinged, revealing my row of sharp teeth. Blitz's eyes widened and he backed away into Blaze starring at me horrified. I charged at the dog, and took away all of his hearts except the last one I left at half. 

"Control your damn dog!" Blaze screeched and dragged Blitz away. I folded my ears back and looked at Crystal and Star who were looking at me with fear in their eyes. I snapped myself out of my trance then slowly back away with my tail between my legs.

"It's OK Ender, you're not in trouble he started it." Ice quietly told me. I lowered my head and padded in front of my master. What am I?...

 Crystal and Star had gone back to check on Blaze and Blitz while Ice took me back to the castle. Mud-slide was right, I am a freak.
