Chapter 5: The final enderman

Blaze crossed his arms behind his head, "Why not steal the one on the Magic Mutts collar?"

I growled at him and covered my pendant with my head protectively. "If you want to pry that off of him, be my guest." Ice said with a smile.

I once again bared my teeth at him. "No thanks."

The players started laughing and Crystal gave all the dogs food, "Tonight if we find an enderman we will will light up the Nether portal and hunt blaze's later."

"Good idea, ill prepare for the nether." Ice agreed. "Same here, fire proof potions?" Blaze asked looking at them.

"Yeah, don't forget to repair your armor. Everyone meet at my house tonight." Crystal said as she opened her door then walked inside with Star.

I watched as Blaze and Blitz went into their house, I let out a growl as I saw the back of his shirt had a creeper face on it. It further fueled my hatred for that player.

Ice looked at me, "Let's go home, you did great last night."

I trailed after my master across the ravine, he opened the fence gate to the bridge and we walked across.

"Didn't die on your first raid? what a shame." Mud-slide sighed. Rein gave the ornery horse a kick and that shut him up, "Welcome back Ender."

"Hey Rein." I happily barked.

Ice looked at me, "I don't care what you do, I have to prepare go explore if you want."

I'm going to go ask why Mud-slide is such a pain in the...

I walked up to the stable again, "Rein, why does Mud-slide hate me?"

"Well..." Rein sighed looking for words.

"He's not worthy to know about you know who." Mud-slide interrupted. "Who?"

"Mud he will find out anyways. Ender, Ice had a wolf before you, his name was Exo." Rein explained. "What happened to him?" I asked.

"Ice and Exo went to the end to fight the Ender dragon a long time ago. Exo was killed when the Ender Dragon shoved him off of the island and he fell into a endless pit. Ice managed to escape the End but just barely alive. Before he could return with Crystal and Blaze a griefer stole the Ender eyes from the portal, not allowing them to go back."

"Wait who stole the Ender eyes or whatever?" I asked.

Rein looked at him, "A guy named Ethan3r4, Ice banned him from this world after that." 

Mud-slide sighed and looked at the sky, "How could Ice replace Exo? I know hes still alive I can feel it."

I sat down and didn't interrupt Mud-Slide, he seemed close to the wolf whom I didn't know. 

"You will never be half of the warrior Exo was." Mud-slide snapped. I sad nothing, he obviously missed his friend and was mourning. 

"If Exo is still alive, he will find his way back."Rein comforted.

I looked up at the sun, it was a ways above the ocean that it set under. I turned away from the horses and padded to my bed I circled the rest my on the soft wool.

Ice woke me up, I looked up at him. He had full iron armor on his body, "Ready Ender?"

I got up and barked wagging my tail eagerly, I was going to avenge Exo's death. "Lets go!" Ice rallied and ran outside. I charged after him happily, the Dusk light lite our way across the cobblestone path on the ravine. We saw the others, also covered with iron armor. 

"Let's get that ender pearl!" Crystal cheered and ran off with Star. The others followed close behind as they scanned the area for purple eyes. We ran around for a while, killing monsters and waiting for them to respawn.

I squinted my purple eyes and saw it, there across the ravine by our castle. It stood tall with its purple sparks and it was holding something purple in its arms. I let out a loud growl, "HEY THAT BEDS MINE!" I howled.

The players heard my fuss and saw what I was looking at. "There it is!" Crystal said as they all ran down to attack it. I had no problem attacking this one, this fight was personal. I threw myself at the thief, making it drop my wool bed on the ground. I viciously bit it over and over again but it teleported away. 

"Over there!" Blaze yelled and charged at it, Blitz was right behind his master and together they finished it off.

"Remind me to never touch Ender's bed." Crystal laughed. "Just be lucky you're not the one taking it back into your house."

I watched carefully as my master picked up my bed and put it in his inventory, "Good job Ender, I guess it took the power of stealing his bed to set you off." I barked triumphantly.

Star was giggling from beside Crystal when she saw me get protective of my bed. I padded behind my master embarrassed at myself for losing my cool over a piece of wool.

Blaze handed Ice the ender pearl, "Take it with the others, get all you're supplies we're leaving for the nether now."

Ice nodded determined and looked at me, "I'm going to be gone for a while, stay here and play nice with the others."

I gulped and looked at Blitz, he grinned at me. I shuddered and turned to Star, her warm gaze and sweet smile always made me feel better. 

Ender followed Ice back to the castle, he gathered plenty of food and supplies. Ice fed Mud and Rein plenty of wheat and filled my bowl to the brim with meat.

"Dont worry, we will be back soon. When we get back we will go to The End and avenge Exo once and for all." My master said as he pet me. I barked in agreement and nodded.

I watched Ice grab his final supplies then walk off the bridge, he waved to me before disappearing from view.
