chapter 5

Your POV

I shut the door and ran up the stairs
,I threw my bag on the sofa and screamed into my pillow ,I can't believe I did that ,and played it cool .
I even made him blush like shouldn't it be the other way round.

Oh I should call Alex now ,he has been texting me since this morning.

Ring..
Ring...
"Hello?"
"Hey Alex its me y/n ,my phone just died so I had to use the house phone"
"Oh Hey monkey" (sorry its a cheesy nickname I just though of)
"I wanted to call to keep you up to date"
"What's been going on?"
"Oh well I've met the neighbours"
"They nice"
"Ye there really sweet ,one called Dan the other Phil ,I'm pretty sure there's something between me and Dan but idk"
"Aww monkeys got a crush"
"Shut up, something els happened al"
"What is it?" He sounded worried
"I dropped a glass at their house and I cut all of my left hand ,still have their towel around it "
"What the hell are you okay?"
"Alex calm down I'm fine,it probably won't scar okay"
"Okay,but please be careful monkey"
"Will do ,tell mum and dad I love them "
"K talk later monkey love you "
"Love you too ,bye"

I hung up and headed to bed ,its like
11 pm so I thought I would go to bed early
*time skip coz well,your sleeping so..*

Beep beep beep

I hit my alarm and roll out of bed ,I make my way to the kitchen and make myself a cup of tea , I went to the lounge and watched TV for about an hour. My phone buzzed
(A=Alex y= you)

A: hey monkey how's your handxxx
Y:better thanks ,just a bandage now xxx
A: guess what?
Y: what
A: I am coming over next week
Y: really!
A:yep
Y:omg yay I can't wait ,oh postman's here ,talk later
A: k talk soon xx
Y: xx

Its cheesy but I really love my brother ,he has always been there for me ,once we got in a car crash ,and dad had to go to the hospital for a while ,Alex looked after me and mum and made sure I was happy until he got home ,he really cares
(Sorry if that was a trigger to anyone,I don't mean to I just thought of it)

I went to the door and looked at the mail, junk junk ,bills ,junk, literally nothing Interesting.

,I went to my room and got dressed ,I put on a a white tank top some blue jeans and a messy bun

I put on some flats and went to Dan and Phil's to apologise for my fiasco,and mabey explain the kiss to Dan .

I knocked in the Door and awaited the response

Phil opened the door and smiled
"Hey y/n how are you"
"Oh I'm good thanks " I wave my bandaged hand around
"This thing is okay too"
He smiled gestured for a hug ,I gladly accepted "glad your alright"
"Thanks"
"Hey Dan's upstairs wanna talk to him ?"
"Well I came to talk to the both of you actually".

*le time skip*

I sit down on the single sofa and Dan and Phil opposite

Dan looked slightly concerned
" is something wrong ,you okay y/n?"

"Ye ye I just wanted to apologise for yesterday, the whole hand thing, kind of stupid ,also sorry for breaking your glass"
Phil interrupts
"Y/n don't worry ,just as long as there wasn't any serious damage"
"Ye" Dan said "plus I never really liked that cup " I laugh ,he is so sweet .

"Oh Dan is it alright if I talk to you for a sec?"
"Okay?" I walk up to him and grab his hand I take him to his room and shut the door behind him.
"Can you sit down please?"
"Y/n your really scaring me" he slowly sits on the bed ,I sit next to him
"I wanted to talk about yesterday ,the um kiss" he blushes,so do I "what about it "
This is gonna be awkward
"Dan ,I um I really like you as in like you"
Dan blushes and takes my 'good' hand
"I like you too y/n"
I look into Dan's chocolate brown eyes

He leans in and kisses me .
It lasted a good minute and when I pulled away I noticed Dan was red and nervous I was red too but not as nervous
"Why so nervous?" I smile and squeeze his hand
"Because I'm about to do the most drastic thing I can't think of"
"And what's that?"
"Y/n ,will you be my girlfriend?."

OK yep two chapters in a day ,I just really like it ,but I promise you it will slow down but I'll write another chapter tomorrow.
