"Moving day tomorrow," Will said.
"I'm well aware thank you," I snapped.
"What's up your ass?"
"Sorry." I sighed. "I just—I'm regretting making mom move us back in. I really don't want to see her."
"It'll be fine. The guys will be there so will Bea and Beth and Mia."
I smiled.
"When is she coming over?" he asked.
"In about—." The doorbell rang. "Now."
I went to open the door for Mia and greeted her with a kiss.
"Lesbian porn is forever ruined for me," Will said.
I moved back and laughed.
"Wish I could stay," Will said. "But I'm off to work."
Mia and I waved goodbye.
"Are you quitting your job when you move back?" Mia asked me.
I shook my head. "I can't count on my parents to give me money."
She nodded as we walked into the living room which was empty.
Everything was all packed in the U-Haul truck Will and I rented.
I sat on the floor and Mia followed suit.
"How's this moving thing working tomorrow?" she asked
"Will, Finnegan, McAllister and O'Connor are taking the U-Haul," I listed, "Bea, Beth, Davis 2 and Davis 1 are taking Will's car. You and I will take my bike."
Mia paled.
"In the trunk of my pickup." I laughed.
She hit me. "You gave me a heart attack you asshole."
I laughed even louder.
She pouted. "It's not funny."
I kissed her pouted lips.
"Fine," she said. "I forgive you."
"You can never stay mad at me." I gestured at myself. "I mean look at me."
She shrugged. "I've seen better."
"I wish I hadn't packed," I said. "Then I'd have a pillow to whack you with."
She laughed. "I'm just kidding," she said.
"Better be," I muttered.
"No TV, no furniture," Mia said. "What will we do?"
"I still have my laptop," I said. "We can Netflix and Chill."
Mia laughed.
I stood up. "I'll get some blankets. You pick a movie."
Mia reached for my laptop as I left the room.
I came back with an armful of blankets and Mia had already set up the movie.
"G.B.F?" I asked, sitting down.
She nodded excitedly. "I love this movie."
I smiled. "Me too."
I cuddled behind Mia, taking position as the big spoon, and pulled the blankets over us.
"Ready?"
I nodded into Mia's shoulder and she pressed play.
