Claudius ran. The Bowler hats were on him now and he didn't have much time. He quickly ducked into a clothing rack, hiding behind a row of Nike T-shirts. His breath was quick, his abs were smokin'. "Phew", said Claudius to himself, by himself, while hidden in the clothing rack. "That was close", said his best friend Smith who was with him. He heard the sound of footsteps stop and emerged from his cloth cocoon. He silently straightened his fedora, but the noise alerted a bowlerhat, and the chase was on again. This was life for Claudius Hotbod. His fedora was highly illegal, and the bowlerhats wanted no part of him, for only bowlerhats were allowed. There was once a time when all hats were welcome, but ever since the great War War of Wars, the bowlerhats ruled. They were evil and not at all good. But Claudius's abs were sore. So he decided to hang out in his favorite in store starbucks.
"Little early for a frappe, huh Claud?" said Ringo, the barista who even though was a part of this society and was born and raised with their morals and views inexplicable wasn't like them for some reason. "Shut up Rob" Claudus joked,"I'll take my usual, water with ice with no ice." he said looking quite gritty and cool. "You got it!" said Dylan. "Thanks Dan" responded Claudius. Then he saw her. The most beautiful woman he had ever seen. Her eyes were like two peeled grapes, her smile was like a pair of lips curved upwards. Her hair was like glowing crimson red suns, which was weird because she was a blonde. Claudius knew he was in love. "Who's the hottie?", said Claudius to Steve the barista. He said it only as a joke of course as he would never actually objectify women with such hideous slang. "Name's Jessica Girlperson", replied Ethan as he removed the ice from Claudius's ice water. "She's the most beautiful girl in our dystopian society but she's shy so no one knows her or talks to her at all." Claudius decided to make his move.
She gasped when he saw his fedora. "You are really brave to go against this brutal society and break the fragile and unfair system." "It's what I do" he said looking off into the distance distantly. "We should go on a date sometime" she said. "Yes" he agreed quite sexily. It was settled.
