*Two weeks later*

"Go fish!" Sid screamed.

"Sid, you realize we're playing war right?" I said cocking my head to the side.

In these past two weeks I've been becoming more closer with the guys.

The only person who hasn't opened up to me was Jim. (Of course.)

I still didn't I know what his deal was anyway.

I hadn't figured out a way to confront him. I wanted to confront him when it was just the two of us.

But that's the hard part.

He makes sure that we're never alone in the same room.

"GO FISH!" Sid randomly said again and tackled me.

"Sid what the hell man!" I was laughing and trying to shove him off me.

I heard Chris gasp dramatically. "Do you kiss your mama with that mouth?"

I stuck my tongue out in disgust. "God I hope not. I'd probably get a disease from the fat wrench."

Mick laughed at that.

"She's a keeper." I heard Craig murmer.

"Sid, could you get off me please?" I asked.

Sid shook his head. "Not until you say I won go fish."

"We weren't even playing go fish we were playing war!" I exclaimed.

Sid just crossed his arms and looked away from me.

It looked like everyone was amused by this. Except for Jim.

I looked over at the rocking chair he was sitting at in the far corner. His face was expressionless.

By now, my legs were starting to fall asleep due to Sid's weight.

So I gathered up all my knowledge from karate I took when I was in school.

I quickly grabbed Sid's wrists and flipped us over, pinning him down.

Everyone started cheering for some reason.

"Guys get her off me." Sid demanded.

All the guys just shook their heads.

"Should've been paying attention." Mick said.

I quickly glanced over where Jim was sitting.

And...

It looked like he was smiling a tiny bit.

"Lets go to the music store." Mick offered.

Everyone nodded in agreement.

"Raven, go get dressed." Corey told me.

I nodded and headed towards my room.

I had gone shopping with Corey the other day, and we also got some cool new stuff for my room.

Now I have Slipknot and Avenged Sevenfold posters everywhere and my bedsheets are sugar skulls.

I have a huge variety of clothes now. I insisted that I only get a couple of outfits but Corey just shook his head and said 'You deserve it.' And ignored my protests.

Today, I quickly threw on some yoga pants and a Slipknot t-shirt.
I didn't really feel like straightening my hair, so I left it curly.

"You comin' Raven?!" One of the guys called.

"Yup!" I called back as I walked back downstairs.

"Nice shirt. Who's this handsome devil right here?" Joey asked pointing at himself on my shirt.

"That my friend is Joey Jordison. He's a cool drummer, but he's really annoying at times."

Joey made a pouting face. "I'm not annoying. You're annoying you big meanie." Then he started fake crying.

"Joey would you shut up? Raven's right you are annoying." Corey said.

"Screw you!" Joey called sticking his tongue out.

"You guys are so immature." Jim said from behind me.

I was kind of suprised to see him. I assumed he wouldn't go with because I was coming too.

When we got to the music store, everyone went and did their own thing.

I ended up looking through stands of electric guitars.

After a few minutes of looking, I stopped dead in my tracks.

Right in front of me was the most beatiful electric guitar I have ever seen.

"You wanna try it out?" I heard Corey ask from behind me.

All I could do was nod.

Corey got someone to take down the guitar.

Corey handed it to me and we hooked it up to an amp.
Corey also handed me a pick.

"Play something." Corey said.

I turned on the amp and began playing Vermilion part 1.

I saw Corey run off somewhere and come back with all the guys.

"Play the guitar solo!" Mick boomed.

I stop playing and put my fingures in different positions.

I was pretty good at playing the guitar. I always played Cam's guitar because my mother wouldn't let me get one.

I began playing the solo.

I felt like I was in my own world.

I felt adrenaline rushing through me when I had my fingures dance along the fret board.

I glanced at Jim. I was suprised to see that he looked impressed.

When I finished, everyone was in shock.

Then all the guys started cheering.

"Dude that was (sic)!" Shawn exclaimed.

Everyone nodded in agreement.

Craig gave me a thumbs up, and Chris and Mick went over to pat me in the back.

I looked over at Jim, and I watched him walk away.

I frowned a little, but my frown quickly faded whan Corey came over. "You like this guitar?" He asked.

I nodded.

He smiled. "Well, its yours."
