Doctors had just came in to check on Nae, she had slipped into an coma. They don't know how long it will last or if she'll wake up, which scares me most.

The door opened an in came my parents. Since they found out nae was in a coma, they've decided to keep the babies till she got better.

"How she doing?" Pops looked at me slightly before huffing.

"Son getcha self sum sleep."

"Nah pops, she might wake up"

"I'll call you if she do" I nodded before kissing Nae .

Nae....

My head throbbed as I tried to open my eyes. They watered, finally opening. The room was dark an a tail skinny male looked at me.

"King?"

"Nah, baby it's me" He came closer that's when I seen August look at me.

"August?''

Looking at him, it felt unreal. Maybe it was the medicine. I felt light headed that's when my eyes closed again.

"King, you got to eat" I looked at my ma as she held Ty an Jayceon.

"Let me hold em" She handed them to me an finished cooking.

Ty looked more like Nae than anything, they were my hearts.

"How she doing?"

"Better than she was at first" She smiled cutting some sausages putting them into the pot.

Jace sucked on his pacifier as Ty drooled on me.

"It's nap time". Ma picked Jay going upstairs with him. Looking at Ty, he drooled some more.

"You miss mami?'' I miss her too.

2 hours Later

I stood beside Nae, pop's had told me she had woken up, I was just waiting for her to open her eyes.

'Nae cmon you got to wake up, you got two boys waiting on you at home. Ty look just like you an Jayceon my Lil nigga. They ready for you ma."

Looking at her, she had everything a nigga asked for. I love this girl, too much for my own good. Kissing her forhead, I layed down next to her.

"Ion know if I can do this , seeing you like this scares a nigga nae. I need you to wake up , I ain't trynna be alone not when I got yo stubborn tail."

She moved a little, yawning. She turned around, looking at me. I tried to kiss her but she moved.

" I don't know you" I gave her a look.

"I'm just playing, come here" She grabbed me kissing me.

"You so damn childish" she laughed looking down.

"What's wrong" She looked at me with tears in her eyes.

"I wanna see my babies King" I nodded pushing the button for the nurse.

She came in helping Nae out of bed. I watched as she helped her walk an take her medicine.

"You'll be released in a few hours"

"I'll be back to pick you up ma" I Kissed her before leaving the hospital.

Nae.

I laid on my side as the door opened. I already told the nurse I was fine .

"Miss. Sherrie, I already told you I was okay"  She didn't say nothing, turning around someone who looked like August stood there.

"Glad you okay ma" I stood up looking at him.

"Thought you were dead" He came closer making me back up

"Uhm" he scratched the back if his head. Part of me knew it was my august, the same one who died an caused me so much pain.

"Leave" Tears were now dripping from my face as I looked in his eyes.

"Nae let me explain what happened"

"I don't care what happened, you hurt me , I went through so much because  of you, I don't love you no more, I hate you for what you've done"

His eyes got low as he walked out but he left an note on the stand. Huffing I watched him close the door.

Laying down, I turned the T.v on, the news channel showed pictures of me as a teen. I hate the fact that people still on that .

Turning the channel, I watched The Jefferson show till the nurse came in .

"That fine man of your is here" I laughed sitting up.

King then walked in with the twins and his mom.

"They so cute" I picked up Ty kissing his face doing the same to Jayceon.

"Hey ma" I hugged her before placing them in their car seats.

King kept looking at me thinking I wasn't catching him in the act. I really just wanted to lay under him all night for some reason.

Leaving the hospital, I looked at Ty sleeping as Jay sucked in his pacifier.

"Y'all are so cute" I cooed at them a little longer , I felt a slap on my butt.

"You childish" As soon as I turned around a big truck hurled towards us making king swerve off to the side .
