Most Aquarius would rather you be more straight forward. Tell them they look good or that one thing they do is cute or bring up something small they said in passing to show that you pay attention. But above all Aquarius wants someone who is willing to give them space and time when needed. Don't suffocate an Aquarius, just let them know that you're there if they do decide to let down walls guarded by a dragon.
