I was currently sulking on the couch in the living room next to Charity, waiting for the boys to come back like they told us they would. We were specifically commanded to stay still, and right now I was so defeated I followed orders.

I honestly didn't want to make things worse with them, and risk the sanity of Charity. She's already scarred for life, and if I was her best friend I wouldn't make anything worse like it was last time.

My head shot to the entry to the living room from a hall where the two boys walked back in.

I glared daggers the best I could at Grayson, knowing he probably felt a little guilty. I mean, we've been chatting through Facebook for a few months, and he kidnaps me?! For the love of-

"There are some rules." The boy next to Grayson announced. I sighed loudly, trying to show them how I wouldn't just take these "rules". The boy glared at me with such savagery I almost started to shake. Jesus, where do they get such cold expressions?

"I'd stay quiet if I were you."

"Is that what I'm always suppose to do? Stay quiet and obey? Because I'm my own person, and I don't know what the hell you meant by 'mine' when you made me pass out, but I sure as hell am not yours!" I raised my voice gradually making Grayson's blue eyes shift to a darker blue. What the fu-

"I don't care what you think that you are your own person, which you obviously are. Just shut the fuck up and listen and maybe nothing bad will happen to you two." Grayson roared. Beside me Charity whimpered at the loud voice.

I scooted closer to her and wrapped a comforting arm around her, whispering in her ear that it will be alright and that I will try to stop talking back. I mean, I hope I can stop for the sake of Charity.

The boy who's name I still didn't know cleared his throat, making us listen.

"First rule: do not try run away. You're stuck here and you can never escape. We'll always find you." He paused, letting that sink in. Something about him made me scared, he held such authority.

"Rule two: you will not be rude to the girls, they are already providing you with clothes and food and friendship. The nice thing is to be kind to them because they are only involved to provide those things for you.

Rule three: you refer to us as your mates in front of others that do not live here. You've seen the girls and the other boys that live here and they know what's happening, but others you do not talk about being kidnapped."

"Woah, woah, woah. Mates as in like... true love?" I asked. I looked back and forth between the two. Do not tell me we got kidnapped to be their lovers. I swear to god I will not do them "favors".

"Yes." Grayson answered. He stared me in the eye like he was daring me to fight back. I rose one eyebrow and crossed my arms.

"Their is no love involved." I announced. Clearly they do not understand in our point of view. And clearly, these two were insane.

"You don't have to be all lovey-dovey in private, but in front of the pa-" he cleared his throat. "Others... you will." Grayson replied.

"Oh you son of a-" I shot up from the couch and stormed over to him, raising my fist and brought it to his jaw. One thing, he caught my fist before it made contact. I watched in fear as his jaw clenched and his eyes got darker and darker. His hold on my fist tightened like I would slip away.

All at once he spun me to collide my back to the staircase wall, holding my wrists against the wall. A picture frame next to me shook and fell off, the glass shattering.
