Song for this chapter: Mess- Get Scared

Sierra's POV

I woke up and saw it was still dark outside. I had a strong pounding in my head and my vision was very hazy. I stood up and held my head, groaning like one would when they're severely hungover.

I turned on my phone, cringing at the brightness of the screen to see it was 3am. I felt really shaky and decided to get some cake to get my blood sugar levels up.

I heard muttering in the front room and decided to stand on the other side of the door and listen for a second.

"I'm really scared she's gonna start again," I heard Ash sigh.

"Start what?" Ricky asked.

"I doubt she will I mean she seems very happy with herself," Chris said.

"Start what?" Ricky asked again, his voice growing more urgent every time he spoke. I knew exactly what they were speaking about.

"She used to be-" Ash started, but I wasn't going to let her tell him about the darkest point of my life so I swung the door open pretending I hadn't heard a thing.

"Why are you all up?" I asked innocently.

"None of us could sleep," Ash said, eyeing me carefully.

"Are you alright?" Ricky asked staring at me with wide eyes. Considering how I feel I can't imagine how bad I look.

"Yeah I think my blood sugars dropped a bit so I'm going to have some cake," I told him honestly and he seemed to calm down a bit and Chris also looked relieved but Ash was still watching me carefully.

I walked over to the small fridge and grabbed the cake Balz had put in there the other day. "Don't tell him," I smirked and grabbed a fork before hopping on the couch next to Ricky. He placed a discrete hand on my knee and rubbed his thumb back and forth across it.

I took small bites to make sure I didn't make myself sick and once I'd finished half of the slice I stopped feeling shaky and put the cake back in the fridge.

I leaned against the counter and held my head, starting to feel really nauseous and dizzy. I grabbed a bottle of water and gulped it down, but that just made it worse. I wanted to vomit but I couldn't and the nauseous feeling was one of those unbearable ones so I ran to the bathroom and shoved two fingers down my throat to make myself sick.

"Why did you do that?" Ashley whispered shakily from the bathroom door.

"I felt really sick and it wasn't coming up," I told her, leaning against the wall and holding my head in my hands.

"Do you promise me that's why?"

"Ashley I promise, I wouldn't lie about this sort of stuff!"

"Because you're fucking perfect and you don't need to change for anyone do you understand me?"

"Ash thanks for the word of encouragement but I genuinely just feel ill."

"Do you want to be left alone?" She asked.

"To be honest I want Ricky, but I'm probably not allowed him," I said bitterly.

Ashley rolled her eyes and walked off, returning a few seconds later, pulling Ricky by his collar. "No funny business," She warned and let him go before skipping off innocently.

"Are you okay?" Ricky asked as he got down on the floor next to me. He pushed some of my hair out of my face and gazed at me, his blue eyes filled with more concern than the ocean is water. I don't understand why he cares so much about me...

"Yeah, I just started to feel really sick, but I feel a bit better now," I replied.

"You should go to bed," He told me, not removing his eyes from mine for even a millisecond, the only movement being the slight quivering as they move from one eye to the other every second or so.

"I don't want to be alone," I sighed.

"I'll stay with you," He promised. "You should probably get changed though," He said glancing down at my shirt.

I looked down and groaned as I saw the disgusting liquid all over my shirt. I nodded and stood up, almost falling down again from dizziness.

Ricky's POV

She tried to stand up, but stumbled and almost fell. I put my hand on her waist and got up myself before guiding her to her suitcase where she picked up a pair of Drop Dead boxer shorts and a purple vest top. I guided her back to the bathroom and she seemed to almost be falling asleep standing up, she was completely drained.

"Can you help me?" She asked helplessly, staring at the floor as if it was the most interesting thing in the world.

"S-sure," I stuttered realising she was basically asking me to undress her and then dress her again. "Arms up," I said like I did when I spoke to my nephew.

She did as I instructed and I slipped her t-shirt dress off of her and tried not to stare at her, but it was hard. She was very slim and you could see every one of her ribs, but she was still perfect because it was her. I can't believe she's mine. I can't believe the girl I've liked more than anything for months said yes to the question I'd practiced asking her time after time and never did until today. I don't want to be cliché and say my dreams have come true but I've definitely achieved a goal today. I pulled the vest top over her head and she hugged it close to her.

"Are you cold?" I asked. She nodded sleepily so I sat her down on the toilet, to prevent her from falling, then ran to my suitcase, grabbed my favourite HIM jumper and ran back to her. "Arms up," I repeated and slipped the hoodie over her head as she did so. "Can you undo your jeans for me?" I asked softly. She nodded and started fumbling with her jeans and after a few minutes she managed to undo the button and the the zip down. "Stand up."  She did as I said and I pulled her jeans down, making her step out of them then step into her shorts. I then picked her up and carried her into her bunk, getting into it after her.

"Thank you," She slurred.

"It's okay," I smiled, brushing some of the hair out of her face. "You're really beautiful," I whispered. She giggled and murmured a reply that I didn't hear and I could tell she was almost asleep.

"I really like you Sie."

"I really like you too," She whispered.

"I can't believe you're mine," I whispered shocked, more to myself than to her as I'm sure she's asleep now.

Her phone vibrated on the little shelf in her bunk and lit up so I decided to turn it off so it wouldn't disturb her much needed sleep. I saw a text from a guy called Denis asking her to meet up for coffee at 12. I assumed he was just a friend of hers since she didn't seem like the sort of person to talk to guys she wasn't friends with so I set an alarm on my phone for 11 so I could wake her up and tell her about it.

I placed both phones on the shelf, after turning hers off, then wrapped my arms securely around her tiny form, kissing her temple and drifting off into a deep sleep beside her.
