We finally managed to order with Mr. Kirkland getting something called fish n' chips while I got a burger. As we waited for our meals we continued talking the air seemed so light around him.
"So Mr. Kirkland." I began. "Do you have any brothers or sisters?"
"Actually yes I live with them. One sister, Erin, and my four brothers, Dylan, Allistor, Conner, and Peter, although the family can get a little aggressive they care about each other." She said with a smiled. "How about you Mr. Jones?"
"My twin brother Matthew." I smiled.
"Ah I am guessing he is the one who set your clock ahead on time?" He asked with a grin.
"Well I'm thankful he did." I grinned kicking in my accent. I could see Mr. Kirkland turning a bit red after hearing me. I gave a broad smile knowing I could cause such a gentleman like him to lose his composure.
"W..well Mr. Jones I.." He began.
"All me Alfred." I cut him off.
"W..wa oh of course Alfred." He stuttered still blushing. "W..well you may call me Arthur when we are out then." He mumbled.
"I'd love too." I said softly. I noticed his hands were on the table so I stretched over and grabbed them. A bright blush came over his face. I pulled them closer towards me slowly so it wouldn't hurt him. Mattie says I don't know my own strength so I was very careful. Once they were closer to the center of the table I began drawing symbols along his hand with my finger. I drew and 'I' first then looked up to him to see if he registered it. He nodded so I began drawing 'L' 'O' 'V' 'E' then looked up to see him blushing heavily again. I began drawing a 'Y' 'O'.
"Alright! Here's a plate of fish n' chips and a burger!" Lily's voice sang as she walked through the door.
Arthur paled pulling his hands back resting them on his lap. I kept my hands stretched out and plastered a smile on my face. "Thank you."
