1. You have to strum with your thumb, which I suck at
2. You start getting calices on your thumb
3. You get weird numb feelings on your thumb
4. When you try to put pressure on your right thumb, it hurts
5. You trying to play a mobile rhythm game, in which my case, requires your thumbs

So, lesson learned. Don't leave your pick in your binder. :T
