We dug for over an hour in the dim candle light in the tunnel. Aira stopped, sitting down on a small pile of dirt. Pulling out a small silver flask, throwing his head back, taking a drink. Francesca looked over at him. Aira taking notice of her romoved the flask from his lips holding it out to her. "Its just water, I swear." Francesca reached out grabing the flask; she threw her head backgulping at it. Sweet water cascading down her lips.

She removed the flask from her lips; holding it out to him. Aira took the flask back, twisting the cap on. He tightly tucked it back into his pants pocket. "Tired?" Aira asked. Francesca looked up smiling"Yeah a bit." She said. "Here" A peice of bread came flying throught the air at her. Catching it Francesca looked down at her gift. Acting a little suprised she said "where did you get this?" Aira coolly responded," I stole it just before they threw it to the dogs." He said taking a bit out of his peice of bread.

"Thanks." She said sweetly; taking a bite of the grainy bread. "No problem." Aira said inbetween bites of bread. The pair finished their bread in scilence. They sat in the dim lighting of the tunnel for a few minutes.

Aira sat looking at Francesca; the firelight dancing in her eyes as she watched the flame from the candle dance. The orange glow lite her pale hair a fire. Her pale green eyes darkened to emerald with orange flecks. She was kind, sweet, and brave. How had this dream girl just magicly appreared in this messed up world.

The tunnel was cool, and damp ;the candle providing no heat. A chill ran over her body. "Hey you cold?" Aria said moving closer to her. "Just a little." She said weakly. "Here take my shirt, I dont need it." Aira said taking off his shirt. He draped the thin striped shirt around her back. Aira sat shirtless next to Francesca in the dim candle light of the tunnel. "Thanks" Francesca said; her face just inches from his. "No problem" Aira said; looking into her pale green eyes.

Aira leaned in; noses bearlly touching. In the dim candle light Francesca closed her eyes. Aira gently pressed his lips apon her's. In the moment, Francesca slipped her hand along the back of Aira's head, grabbing a handful of hair in passion. Aira kissed harder slipping his toung in her mouth. Francesca responded by kissing harder. The moment was tender and passionate.

A tapping noise came from the ladder. Francesca and Aira quickly seperated from eack other; looking up at the ladder. It was Vincent. "Hey you're time is up love birds." He said sarcasticly. Francesca quickly stood up, Aira's shirt falling to the floor. She walked to the end of the tunnel , and started climbing up. "Francesca wait!" Aira called. Picking up is dirt covered shirt he chased after her; Vincent stuck his arm out grabbing Aira's shoulder. " Whatever you do, dont screw up, remember eyes of the prize Aira, eyes on the prize." Aira paying Vincent no mind ran after Francesca.

Aira ran out of the bunk house following Francesca. He ran up and caught her around the arm making her face him. "Hey why did you run off?" He asked sounding a little winded. Francesca trying to push him away, only to be held tighter. "Whats wrong?!" Aira said half shouting, half whispering. Francesca looked him in the eye,"We can't do this, it isn't right." She said. Aira looked at her holding her tightly, he shook his head at her. "We can do this, we can do this because, you are like no one else I have ever met. And I want to know more about you, and you know more about me. I am in love with you Francesca. Please don't let what just happened back there and here affect that."

"Okay" She said still shaky. "Okay now lets go before we get caught out here." He said wrapping his arm around her; leading her back to the bunk house.
