So to prevent you guys having to wait forever to have the baby you will find out the gender of the baby, go baby shopping, design the baby's room then have the baby. But each is in a different chapter, so enjoy.
I had a baby bump now, so Mike, Vincent and I all were going to find out the gender of the baby. I sat in the passenger's seat, I was starting to get over morning sickness. I smiled as soon as I saw the doctor's office come into view. I became really excited, I looked back at Mike who was playing with his toy car.
"Mike what gender do you think the baby is" I asked
"Uh I don't know maybe a boy" he answered
"Well we are here, lets find out" Vincent said and he got out opening my door letting me out. Mike jumped out of his car seat, I climbed out of the car and took a deep breath of fresh air. Rushbore OBGYN was printed on the sign, they originated in South Dakota but expanded, they are the most trustworthy place to go for this stuff. We walked into the building and a lobby lay ahead of us, it had many people in it. Vincent went up to the front desk and checked us in. Soon a lady came out, she had a clipboard in her hand, she had blue scrubs on and a stethoscope around her neck.
"Cawthon" she said and we all got up, we followed the lady back into a room. It had a large machine in it with a bed, counter, glove box and a few chairs. Vincent sat on the chair on the right and Mike on the left. He made racecar noises and did car tricks on Vincent's arm. I giggled and the nurse turned towards me and put gloves on, she smiled and turned on the machine
"Hello I'm Gigi and I will be finding out the gender of your baby now do you two want to know or do you want it to be a surprise" Gigi asked
"We want to know" I replied and Gigi nodded, she grabbed a remote looking thing and put this slimy stuff on my stomach. She put the remote on the slimy stuff and began to move the remote around. The machine lit up and white, gray and black splashed across the screen. I smiled trying to pick out where the baby was supposed to be, then the remote stopped moving on my stomach.
"There it is, see there is the head and there is the arms, legs, feet and stomach" Gigi said pointing to the screen, sure enough there it was
"So what's the gender" Vincent asked looking at the screen, he held up Mike while he continued to drive his toy race car in the air.
