Vincent x Reader Cold Blooded Love

Engagment Party

I ran around the house getting things ready for Vincent and I's Engagement Party. There were bowls of food everywhere and Vincent was unpacking the wine he got from the store. There were black and gold balloons hung in various places, along with black and gold ribbons hung from the ceiling. I brought out the last bowl of punch and Mike's babysitter rang the doorbell.

"Coming" I yelled running to the door, I opened it and saw Makenna. "Hey Mike should be down in a few seconds" I said and Mike bounded down the steps and over to his babysitter

"Well hi Mike you and I are going to have so much fun tonight" she said and Mike hugged her legs

"I'm sorry this was at such short notice" I apologized, Makenna shook her head

"Its fine I wold be more than happy to do this for you" She replied and I waved as they walked down the sidewalk together. I went back inside and Vincent was setting up the stereo. I finished up the last few details just in time as our first guests arrived. Ciel and Sebastian, I opened the door for them and they walked inside

"Sebastian I have no time for this" Ciel said and Sebastian bent down and whispered something into Ciel's ear "I-I mean thanks for inviting me" Ciel corrected himself

"No problem" I said and more guests arrived, they were Vincent's guests

"Vendetta, Mahogany" he said hugging them both. Vendetta hugged back while Mahogany just stood frozen, I giggled

"Oh and you must be (y/n)" Mahogany said hugging me, she had a robotic arm for one side. I hugged back and even more guests arrived. Grell, mom, Aleya and my friend Brandon. I gave each of them a hug and Grell squealed

"BASSY" he yelled and ran up to Sebastian. I giggled and even more people showed up. Scott, Jeremy and Fritz it had been a while since I have seen Fritz. I let out a little yelp

"Fritz I'm glad you came" I said and Vincent seemed pretty happy too, I hugged Jeremy and Scott

"Wow this place looks pretty nice" Scott said looking around

"Thanks" I replied, the doorbell rang again, my friends Chloe, Tori and Summer we all squealed and hugged one another

"I want to see the ring" Tori said and I held out my hand they all whoa'd and I went back over to Vincent who was talking with Jeremy, Scott, Fritz, Vendetta, Ciel, Sebastian and Brandon. Grell was hanging on Sebastian's arm. I giggled as the doorbell rang again I opened the door to my friend I met in Strings retreat, Kailey, Claire, Faith, Tristan, Anthony, and Kayla. I invited them inside and Clair hugged me immediately

"Oh I missed you so much are you still playing the violin" She asked and I nodded

"I missed you too and are you still playing the bass" I asked but was cut off by my friend Bailey bursting through the door

"GET REKT" she yelled I laughed as everybody stared at her. I made a face and everyone started talking again. I went over to Bailey "Hi how are you doing" Bailey asked

"I'm doing great how are you" I replied

"Great now where is the wine" Bailey asked and I giggled pointing to the table in the back, once over there I grabbed a wine glass myself then Bailey stood on a chair "Okay everyone listen up" she said quite loudly "So you probably know what I am doing but still its almost tradition so without further ado a toast to the newly engaged" Bailey said raising her glass 

"To the newly engaged" everyone repeated and took a sip of their wine and going back to talking. Vincent turned on the music and some people began to dance. I heard a knock on the door, I thought everyone was here. I opened the door and the blood drained from my face my ex boyfriend was at the door with flowers in his hands

"(y/n) please take me back" he said giving the flowers to me

"Uh James I can't" I said and Vincent came up to the door and wrapped his arms around my waist "I am engaged" I added and Vincent looked up

"Who's this love" Vincent asked

"My ex boyfriend James" I replied and Vincent got that mad look

"Its best you leave my purple flower alone before someone gets hurt" Vincent let his insanity slip a little scaring James causing him to run. Vincent returned to normal and looked at me "now where were we" he asked and I giggled walking back inside, we danced together as Bailey kept drinking wine. Faith walked up to me with Tristan,

"(y/n) show Tristan the picture" Faith said trying to swallow he laughter. I nodded smiling grabbing out my phone, there was a picture of Tristan we really found funny (I will post the picture in the next chapter for those of you who want to see it) I flipped through my pictures until I found the right one. I turned my phone around and Tristan rolled his eyes

"Oh my god you still have it" he said and I nodded giggling and for the rest of the night we danced and got a little drunk

Seriously the picture of my friend Tristan is frickin hilarious!!!! Anyway luv you all and you guys are the rainbows after a storm
