I know this is a little late, but my friend was over so I wanted to hang out with her.

Maya P.O.V

I woke up to the sight of Lucas asleep on the end of my bed.

Not going to lie. 

He looked pretty cute.

"Lucas,"I say trying to wake him up, "Wake up"

He quickly gets up and looks at me and smiles.

He gives me a hug.

I don't hug back.

He pulls away. "What's the matter?"

I look straight into his eyes and he understands.

"Well if it's going to be this way, then I should just go," he says getting up.

He touches the door handle but, I get up and stop him by pulling his hand.

"Why did you stop me from doing what I was doing last night?"

He smiles and looks at me.

"We have a lot to talk about." He takes my hand and takes me to my bed.

"Why do you think I hate you so much and most importantly why did you almost commit suicide?"

"You stopped talking to me Lucas. One day I thought we were friends and the next you can barely stand to see me anymore! 

Believe it or not.

I had tears in my eyes.

"Then, I have no friends. No one talks to me and when they look at me, they just laugh. I never did anything wrong. And if I knew what I did I would say I am sorry a million times."

"I wanted to kill myself because of it. Wouldn't you want to do the same thing?"

He looks at my eyes.

"Yes," he takes my hand, "and I am sorry for leaving you and for everything. If you killed yourself, I don't know what would've done.

Tears start falling down my cheeks.

He takes his thumb and wipes my tears.

Then starts carassing my cheek.

"I would never do the things I did to you on purpose," he says, "you know that."

"How do I know that if you just completely left me?"

He looks in my eyes and he looks like he is about to cry.

"After we ended our 'unofficial' thing,  she said to stop being your friend because, you sabotaged something on purpose." 

I looked at him with the most confused look.

"What," I say, "that is such a lie"

"I would never do anything to her like that. Riley was my favorite person in the whole world. What did I even sabotage of hers?"

"Didn't say," he says.

"So you just believe Riley and not come to me to see if it's true," I say getting up.

"No it wasn't like that-"

"Then what was it."

He looks at me like he has nothing to say.

"You know what, you just stay here, and I'll go," I say walking away.

"Wait," he says grabbing my hand.

"What! Haven't you said enough," I say, "it's not like-"

I got interrupted with his warm lips on mine. He put his arms around my waist and I didn't know what to do. So, I pushed him away.

"Why did you do that" I say.

"I am sorry," he says rubbing the back of his neck.

I remember feeling his warm lips on mine.

I start to run out of my room.

"Maya," I hear Lucas call.

I just ignore him.

But, I didn't know he was following me.
