"Levi! I- I think i-it's coming!"

"What!?"

"L-Levi I-I can't do this!"

"Yes you can! Just push!"

"Sir, you have to leave!"

"What? No! This is my baby and I won't-"

"Sir!"

One of the nurses pulled me out of the room where Eren was giving birth.

"Let me back in!" The door was locked.

I banged the door but they still didn't opened.

"Open the fucken door! I want to see my baby!"

It was quiet.

I don't know what happened but when they finally let me in..

4 years since the wedding

It was summer. Levi sat outside under a tree beside Eren, who was drawing the flowers that were surrounding him.

"Hey Eren, I know you like drawing but why don't you ever sell your drawings or paintings? You could make a lot of money out of it." Levi leaned his head on the tree, looking up to see the tree's branches.

"I already told you. I don't want anyone else to see my drawings but you." Eren scetched another petal, erasing the mistakes. "Besides, who would buy it?"

"Mikasa." Levi chuckled. "I can already see it."

"Very funny." Eren drew the stem, adding two leafs. "But really, I just want to keep them so I can show them to-"

"I know." Levi turned to face his lover, placing a hand over his stomach. "But we still have 9 months before that happens."

"Yeah I know.. but what I'm Kind of scared." Eren put down his journal and pencil, placing his hand over Levi's, which was placed over his stomach. "What if I cant? I am male."

"Remember what the doctor said? He said you'll be able to."

"But if it doesn't happen? What would happen then? This is not normal for a male to give birth." Eren stared at the flowers. "I'm just, not sure if it'll happen."

"Eren," Levi rubbed Eren's stomach. "That's in the future and you never know what happens but for now, let's stay positive."

Eren gave him a small smile. "Yeah."

"Um, if you don't mind me asking, what did the doctor tell you when I left the room?"

"Nothing important. He just said not to be scared." Eren picked up his journal and pencil. "I am the first male to actually get pregnant."

Levi closed his eyes, leaning back on the tree. "Well he's right. Don't be scared cause I'll be right beside you when it happens."

"I know.."

Something was wrong with Eren. I knew it but I didn't want to put pressure on him but I just wish.. he told me.

"Ah, Eren Ackerman, if I'm correct." The doctor walked in as Levi stepped out.

"Yup, that's me!" Eren smiled.

"If you don't mind." The doctor closed the door, walking back over to his seat. "Are you scared of giving birth? Cause after all, you are the very first male to get pregnant."
