10.) War Talk

I'm sorry I couldn't update sooner I was really busy and I also I got my wisdom teeth pulled out, so I wasnt able to update so I hope you like this chapter :)

War Talk

I was sitting there hoping that we had a lot of time to get the women and children out the pack, and hoping it will not be one big blood bath. So now in three days we are going to another pack because now they are involved in this war, and it was all because Evan wanted me back and wanted to be the strongest pack out there. I think Evan really has some problems that he needs solved and that he needs to start thinking about what he is doing because war is not the answer.

"Alyssa, why don't you go get some rest....I'll be in my office doing some work." Damon said as he laid me down and gave me a kiss and then left to his office. I just laid there thinking about whats going to happen and that in three days i'll be going to Alpha Jake's pack and I heard he is really strict with rules on how things should be done.

It was late and I knew I had to go to bed before I start going overboard with stuff, and before I start freaking myself out over the smallest things. So when I went to the bed I just climbed into bed wearing one of Damons shirts and one of his basketball shorts, and I just put my hair into a ponytail not caring what I looked liked. I laid in bed not being able to sleep and was looking out the window hoping that will put me to sleep but it didn't help at all. It was quite until Damon came in the room and joined me in bed, he put his arm around me and pulled me closer to him so my whole body was touching him. He kept tracing my arm with the tip of his finger tips and it kept me shivering. He started to kiss my shoulder and I froze because of what he probably wanted to do.

"Damon...." I said. I really didn't feel like doing what he was thinking. "Humm" was all he said as he kept kissing my shoulder. "I don't feel like it...." was all I said as I tried to pull away before he did something else. "I'm not doing anything..." He said in his Husky voice, that made me smile because he was trying to be seductive. I just laughed at him because this was the funniest thing ever, so I pulled out off his hold and buried my head into the pillow and was still laughing at him. Then I felt him shift on the bed and he was almost hovering over me and now kissing the back of my neck, I felt his hand go under my shirt and started to whisper words into my ear so I just gave up. So that night I went to sleep by exhaustion.

I woke to talking in the hallway and I could tell it was Molly and the girls. They where laughing and then I noticed Damon wasn't with me in bed and I was by myself. The girls came in with out knocking and they just stopped and looked over my appearance and there reaction was funny. I was the one laughing now, they just stood there shocked. "I'm sorry we didn't kno-" Kayla started to say but I cut her off "I know. Now if you don't mind, i'll like to get dressed and at least take a shower." I said smilling at them.

I took my time getting in the shower and took my time getting dressed and going down stairs. When I went down stairs I went to the kitchen to make me a sandwich. I heard the girls come in the kitchen and they sat at the table looking at me for some answers. I smiled at them and I took a bite of the sandwich teasing them a bit and making them wait.

"So how was your night?" Molly said with a big smile on her face. "It was great how was yours?" I said with a smile on my face. "Did it hurt?" Molly said as I got her attention, "Thats for me to know.." I said with a smile on my face.

"Alyssa, is it true that we mite be going to war?" Christina said looking at the table and not making eye contact with me. "I thank we are because in two days me and Damon are going Alpha Jake's pack to talk about the war." I said taking a sip of my apple juice. " Who are we going to war with?" Julianna asked because she didn't know what was going on. "My old pack....the Alpha son Evan was mad when Damon came and called me his mate, so now he wants to start a war and now he wants to become the strongest pack out here." I said looking at her now and everyone was paying attetion to the conversation.

"Why does he even care about you if he has his own mate...right?" Christina said looking back at me. "Yeah he knew you had a mate so why does he care and I highly doubt he will be the strongest pack out there.." Molly said agreeing with Christina. "Yeah tell us the whole story about this" Kayla said looking serious now.

"My dad always wanted me to mate with the Alpha's son as soon as I turned 18 and I told my dad I won't do it so he got mad at me. So when I turned 18 I went into the woods to be by myself and I fell asleep. On my way back I ran into Damon and he marked me there. I pasted out. I almost came but I remember Evan transforming and attacking Damon and Damon really didn't mind fighting him. So I woke up in my room and I was talking to my mom about Damon and how happy I was to finally meet my mate. Then my dad came storming in and was yelling at me and how I messed everything up, and how I made him look bad infront of the Alpha. So when Damon came in the pack and the Alpha said I could go with him if he doesn't hurt the anyone in the pack, but Evan didn't like it. So when we left Evan got mad at his dad and he beat him up severely so now his father listens to what he says. Now he thinks he can beat the four strong packs and he has people who are going to help him out, and now he might have some rouges on his side who are trying to attack the pack but they are failing." I said looking at all of them who are going through what I said.

"So he is basically starting war because he is mad at the world and he is mad because he didn't get what he wants.." Molly said looking at me, I just nodded at her. "Well thats the dumbest thing I ever heard....and that Evan kid is a bastard who needs to get a life." Molly said as she ate a cookie. "I know right. Like what if you died what would he do then?" Julianna said then she realized that her question was stupid and blushed.

"Alyssa what do you plan on doing for this war?....like what if you're taken by the enemy and Evan marks you and claims you as his?" Christina said looking scared. "Damon will probably put me somewhere away from the war and have guards around if anyone gets to close." I said as if it was the obvious thing to do. "What about your old pack? The women and children ?" Kayla said looking scared too like Christina. "The women and children are coming to this pack where they can be safe...I already told Damon and he is going to get the women and children here without any harm to them." I said looking at Kayla.

"Will the women and children come with out a fuss?" Julianna said as this was hard to believe that the women and chrildren will come here. "Yes me and my mom talked about it and the women and children agree that Evan has lost his mind." I said all serious while looking at her. "What if they don't come...then what." Julianna said testing my patience now.

"They will come I will make sure of that...I will even go there myself and bring them back here.....I don't even care what happens to me, I just don't what the women and children to get hurt because of his stupidity and his recklessness." I said looking right into her eyes letting her know I was serious about this. "Wow your willing to sacrifice yourself for the women and children of the pack?" Christina said looking all happy now.

We talked for a bit more and then I told them i'll be in the living room waiting for Damon to come home form his Alpha job he has to do. I just hope that the other Alpha's are nice because I heard mean things about the other three Alpha's, but I heard the fourth Alpha is nice I forgot his name, but I heard he is the nice Alpha. Then I heard the thrid Alpha, thats Alpha Jake, I heard he is mean and will kill anyone who gets in is way of doing things. Then I heard the second Alpha which I forgot his name too but I heard he is the one that has a bad temper and he gets mad really easily. Then there's Damon who I heard was the meanest one of all of them, but to me he is really protective and a good Alpha.

I sat there thinking about all of this and it was really tired some. I could only think about all the stress thats on Damon shoulders and what he has to go through. So when he comes home I will try to make this a stress free place where he can relax and get away from all of the war stuff.

So when he gets home there will be no War Talk at all.
