11.) The Attack

The Attack

I was in the living room and talking to the girls until there was a knock at the door, so Molly went to go answer it and see who it was.

"What do you want Dylan?" Molly snapped at the man, he looked familiar to me then it hit he was the man from the short pack meeting from the first night here.

He was probably around 6'0 but Damon was still taller than any of the men in the pack. He was the third tallest person in the pack. He had a nice jaw line and he had brown eyes, you could tell he was built and and he had some authority in the pack. He had black hair that had some curls but if he put jell in his hair he wouldn't have any curls.

"Well I just want to see our new Luna that every one wants to meet and see but they can't because she is locked up in the house." He said as he looked in the house, then he saw me on the couch and he smilled at me and I smilled at him. So I got up and went to greet him at the door. "Hi im Alyssa pleased you. You don't have to call me Luna...Alyssa is fine." I said as I stuck out my hand to greet him.

"Hi im Dylan. I'm third in command and I would love to come in but Damon would have my head and I have pack stuff to do. I just dropped in to see the Luna. Now I can tell people how beautiful she is and how with one look you'll fall for her." after he said that he left just leaving us there, I looked outside to see the women and children looking at me.

I smilled at them letting them know I was friendly and nice, but one of the men from the pack came up to me by the way he was looking at me he was one of the men guarding the house. "Hello Luna...I'm sorry to say this but you need to get back in the house its Alpha's orders." he said looking at me and I just turned around and walked in the house and shut the door.

Its was getting dark and I knew Damon would be coming home soon and I better make him some dinner. I made something simple like some mashed potatoes and some meat loaf and corn to go with it. Damon came home at the same time as the food was done and he came in the kitchen to greet me. "Welcome home" I said smilling at him as he leaned down and kissed my forehead and he took a seat.

"How was your day?" I asked as I put a plate of food infront of him. "Rough...well before we go to bed I have to pack and get ready for tomrrow's trip to Jake's pack." Damon said as he was eating his food. "Oh yeah we are going to Alpha Jake's pack," I looked down because I totally forgot about it and I wasn't ready to go. Me and Damon talked for a few more minutes before the phone went off and I answered it.

"Hello this is Damon's house.." I said not knowing if I should say I was his mate or not. Then a husky voice spoke "Hello is Damon there?" he said in a demanding way. Then I sopke back the same way "He is...may I ask why you are calling?" I said not liking the way I was being talked to. "I believe that's none of your business girl." he said as if he wanted me to talk nice to him. "Excuse me, but anything that involves my mate has every thing to do with me." I snapped at the man on the phone, before he could speak Damon came in to where I was and took the phone away from me. "This is Damon...Jake...You had no right to talk to my mate like that....well youre lucky that was all you said to her.." I walked away into the kitchen before I could here the rest of what he had to say to the Alpha. When I was done with my food I washed both mine and Damon's plates and went upstairs to start packing.

When Damon was done with his phone call he came up and started to pack his clothes too. I was almost done with the packing. "My mom and dad will watch over the pack while we are at Jake's pack." he said looking at me, knowing I was probably going to ask that question next. It was going on 8 o'clock so me and Damon went to bed because we had to get up and meet with the other Alphas and one of them is strict on time, so we had to be there on time, but Damon hated being told what to do by other people so we had a little problem with that. "Tomorrow you will behave and no picking on the other Aphas." I said looking at him in a serious way. "I promise tomorrow I will behave." he said pulling me towards him so I was laying on his chest, so like that we went to sleep.

It was really late at night when I heard people screaming and people yelling to get the women and children inside then it hit me. "Damon wake up we are under a attack." he got up really fast and ran to the window and looked outside then he looked at me. "stay here and don't move i'll be back." he said in his Alpha voice then he took off running to help them. I was scared. I never experienced something like this and this had me shaked up, I dont know what to do and if I should help. So I got up and went to the window to see whats going on, I saw rogue wolves attack but saw that wasn't working out well for them because Damon had the upper hand in this fight.

I saw no women and children out there which made me happy because then they were safe and not getting hurt. Damon's men were strong because they were winning this fight and the rogue where lossing..well they were out numbered by Damon's men so Damon had the upper hand. So I went back to the bed and sat there waiting for Damon to come back to me, I looked at the clock and it was going on 1:30 am. I was so tired.

I fell asleep so when I heard the door open I woke up and sat straight up and looked at Damon who looked pissed. "Damon.." I said as I watched Damon go to the phone in our room and dialed a number I didn't know. "Jake....its Damon....my pack was attacked not to long ago.....so tell your men to be on the look out......yes we are still coming tomorrow but might be alittle late. I will send Ken there early in the morning......yes.......no......will do see you later." with that he hung up the phone and I went to go see if he was alright. "Damon are you okay..." I asked as I rubbed his back to make sure his wolf was calm.

"We never had a rogue attack before....I swear if its Evan doing this I will kill him painful as posible....are you okay." he said grabbing me and putting me on his lap. "yeah i'm fine..and the whole pack is fine. Only one is hurt so every thing is okay." I said stroking his face to make him calm down. "We should go to sleep before its gets even more brighter and we get no sleep.." I said smiling as I crawled onto the bed hoping Damon will sleep with me before we had to get up. "Okay.." he said as he laid down and pulled me onto his chest.

So I went to sleep hoping it wasn't Evan who made the rogues Attack us.
