Jackson POV

*Present Day*

I decided I would just sit here on the side of the  road for awhile. The town couldn't possibly be 30 minutes away because according to my watch I've been walking an hour.  I felt so tired I didn't even realize I was laying with half my body in the road until I heard tires screeching on the road. Before I knew it the old yellow beetle swang in the opposite lane and came to a stop leaving a fog of smoke  around it .

Carolina: "Oh my God are you okay? I'm sooooo sorry" she rushed over to me stooping and flashing her hands across my face. "How many fingers am I holding up?" She flashed her hands in front of me again. I could barely see her face, the sun was beaming down on her, her golden hue mixed caramel brunette hair swirled around her angelic like a halo. I pushed her hands a way and stood up. She helped me up even though I didn't ask for her help.

Carolina:" ok good you're ok... ok... ok" she said almost hyperventilating.

What's with the people in this town, they must all be crazy. "You could have killed me!" I shouted at her... which was a dick move because I knew I was wrong, I shouldn't have been laying in the road to begin with.

Carolina: " Yes I am so sorry, so so sorry, I got distracted for the smallest moment" She was beyond flustered, her responses sounded like her internal voice speaking out loud. I could tell she was the miss goody goody type. Never had room for screwing up. "Is there anything I can do for you, please it's the least I can do really". She cups her forehead and one hand on her hip clearly distraught.

"Yea you could give me a ride into town. It's the least you could do after nearly severing me in half." I said feeling great that I was getting my way.

Carolina: "Yea sure" she walked over to her open car door then stopped. She slowly turned on her heels. "You're such a sick bastard blaming me... how could you just lay in the road like that and blame me for almost running you over ...you psycho!"

Yup realization has finally caught up to her. She got into her car and flipped me off, then with a glare that said go to hell she stepped on the gas pedal of her tiny yellow beetle and was gone. She has a kick of spicy to her, I may just have misread her. Maybe.

Great now I was back where I started. Today just isn't my day and the reoccurring déjà vu is even crazier. What else could go wrong I muttered, just after a crack of thunder rowled and the rain came beating down. "You've got to be kidding me". Another fifteen minutes had passed and I had finally reached the town thank heavens. I felt like a zombie in my muddy boots, my clothes were drenched and my concussion mixed with my hangover from last night still lingering. I passed a diner where all the small town folks were onlookers to my shitty day. The yellow beetle was parked in the parking lot of the diner and I wondered if she was apart of the audience, smirking at my karma.

I took the right turn at the intersection as instructed by the dickhead driver and without a doubt there was an extremely tall gate with an engraved sign saying "The Blake's Estate".  The rain began pouring harder and blurred my vision. I could barely see the house in its entirety but if my gang saw this house there would surely be cops in the drive way the very next morning. I guess my father dream finally came through, leaving his family worked out for him. Great.

It took me a while to stop staring at the gate before walking up to the to intercom to state my identity.  I waited less than two minutes for the massive gates to open, a head of me a man in a gulf cart was approaching. Infront of me stood one of the best property I've ever seen or stepped foot on. There must be at least 20 acres, before I could get to the actual mansion it self.

" Sir are you coming?"  said the man in the stained overalls sitting in a gulf cart . The thunder roared over head and I could tell I would have a cold in the morning.

"Yea sure" I said still amazed by the mansion. None of the houses I've broken into was this beautiful. The lawn was a luscious green almost artificial looking, different rare flowers decorated the path that lead up to the drive way giving life to the scenery. There were tall oak tree's and beautifully structured angel statues scattered about the lawn.

The mansion stood proud at three stories high, it was painted in a tan beige color which complimented the earthy tone roofing. Marble pillows were holding up the fayer and large arch french windows made it rustic & timeless. It was absolutely breathtaking. The gloomy overcast weather didn't substract from how magnificent the architecture was,"What the fuck did he do rob a bank?" I muttered.

The golf cart stopped and three people stood at the entrance of the foyer among them stood the man I loathed for so many years.
