I followed the inkling outside. What does he want? Hm... He lead me to in front of the weapon store. "Hey! This is the place we met!" I said, a hint of confusion in my voice.
"I know. Talking in a place that's quite familiar."
(Orange)
"Nice battle we had there." She grinned.
"Yeah." I cleared my throat. Why is this so awkward?
An awkward silence filled the air. I noticed an angry look filled her orange eyes. "WHY IS THIS SO AWKWARD?!"
I couldn't help laughing. Her seriousness faded away to her giggling. Cris stopped laughing and smiled. "You're a nice person. Well... You already know my name. What's yours?"
"My name's Kaen."
She had a confused look on her face and started to inspect me. "What are you doing?" I said.
"Hmmmm.... Could I call you Orange? Because your color of your tentacles stand out greatly!"
Orange huh. "Sure why not?"
"Great!! See ya Orange!" Cris yelled and once again, took off.

I yawned and sat up in my bed. It's been just a day since I met Orange?! Huh. Time sure does fly.
I sluggishly walked to the living room of my apartment. Flipping on the light switch, I sat on the couch and slowly opened my eyes. My eyes opened to reveal... Darkness? What? I rushed over to the switch and flipped it on and off, on and off, on and off. No light. "Uh oh." I whispered and rushed outside.
A lot of commotion filled the Booyah Base. All the inklings were either yelling or confused about the blackout.
Suddenly, Callie and Marie appeared on the big screen. "Breaking news! Breaking news!" Callie chimed. "The great zapfish has been stolen!!" Gasps echoed through the crowd. What?! I started to freak out. Our main power source, GONE?!
I rushed over to a vending machine and to cool me down, I bought myself a drink. I slumped down in the corner by it. Orange noticed me in the corner and rushed over to me. "You ok?"
"I guess. I wish I could do something about it."
As if my wish came true, a voice echoed from the sewage grate next to me. "You said you wanted to do something about it?"
I looked over surprised. "Yes?"
"Then come down here!!" He beckoned.
I rushed over to the grate and looked at Orange. "What are you waiting for?! Come on!!" I called and disappeared into the grate.
