Ch 1

"Yuu!"Guren yelled. "Saquena?! Focus on the vampires!!"
"Hai!" Yuu yelled, snapping out of his daze. He had lost his family once already, he was never going repeat those mistakes ever again. Mika I promise I will avenge you and the others he thought. "Yuu look out!"Guren shouted. Yuu turned around to see a noble vampire pounce on him with a sword. Yuu began raising his sword but he knew it would be too late. Before he could blink Shinoa had intercepted the vampire. "Yuu run! Go get help!"
          "What about you? I can't just leave you like that!" Yuu yelled.
        "It's not your place to worry about me! Just go get reinforcements! That's an order!"
        Tears shone in Yuu's eyes. "I can't just let you get hurt..." He whispered. No. He needed to be strong. For Shinoa, Guren Riochi... Even annoying Kimizuki. The reinforcements should be here soon, he thought. Yuu hacked through vampires left and right until he  felt a cut across his arm. "You frikin bloodsucker!" Yuu growled as he swung his sword at him. The noble looking vampire intercepted it easily and the sword went flying. Well so much for an honorable fight. The vampire smiled a smug smile at him. "How do you feel about becoming our livestock?" He smirked. Yuu gritted his teeth. "Over my dead body."
"That could be arranged," the vampire whispered while leaning towards him.
       "YUU!" Shinoa and the entire squad was running toward him. Yokata they're all right.
       "No! Stay ba-" Yuu felt a thump on his head. "Livestock don't talk," The vampire shook his head in mock disappointment. "Ah you humans are just so dam predictable" Yuu couldn't do anything but watch helplessly as his friends were surrounded by vampires. Kimizuki was hauled up by one of them and she sunk her teeth into his neck. Kimizuki groaned in pain.
       Yuu looked at Shinoa. Her intense eyes held one clear message. Now
Yuu twisted out of the unprepared vampires grip and socked him in the stomach. He doubled back, and Yuu ran to retrieve his sword.
       "Everyone leave! I can defeat all of you easily!" Yuu yelled glaring at the vampires.
       "Oh really?" The red haired vampire chuckled, a hand on his sword.   "Well then-"
       "Stay back Crowley! He's mine" the white haired vampire snarled, his eyes gleaming. Crowley pouted. "But ferid!"
"I want to teach this little upstart a lesson."smirked ferid. "I enjoy seeing him in despair, so don't take that pleasure from  me." Crowley snickered. "if that's the case go right ahead" ferid grinned. "Don't mind if I do."
          Yuu slashed at Ferid but the vampire was too quick. He easily dodged Yuu's attack. "Too slow," he commented. Yuu kept sending multiple attacks But Ferid kept deflecting his sword. "You are so reckless and you're falling into a pattern. I wonder how you're still alive," he laughed to himself. Yuu tried to stand up, but everything seemed to be getting dark and blurry. Please let Shinoa and the others be ok. Mika I'm sorry...
