Chapter 5

Chapter 5 -

The forest was getting darker and more dense, as Tyler kept walking. Tyler had lost the trail he was following a while back, when it started raining, though he kept walking, since he was already far away from the village. He didn't want to turn back now, in hopes to find another village or even a small shelter.

The rain still hadn't stopped, so Tyler was completely soaked, from head to toe, but thankfully he can't get sick in game. So he kept walking till it was night, he couldn't quite tell what the time was from all the trees blocking the sky, but it had gotten really dark, so he assumed it was late. Tyler found a huge tree, that was really wide and tall, so he sat down against the tree as he'd done many times, and logged out.

Once Tyler was logged in he quickly went back to walking, and attacking any of the monsters. The monster were getting harder as he went, but they were still fairly easy for Tyler to kill, without loosing to much health, or getting injured. Tyler had just finished off killing a wolf, when he heard footsteps behind.

Tyler quickly twirled around, alarmed that someone was out here, he raised his sword. He look over and realised it was the same girl he met before, Lythia.

"What are you doing all the way out here?" Tyler asked, he was still alarmed to find her all this way out.

"Well I was curious, and you seem a bit lost, so why don't I help you" She said.

"Hmm... I guess I am lost, so could you help me get out of here" Tyler asked, hoping he could finally get out of this maze of trees.

"Sure" She said, and waved for him to follow her. Lythia started walking past Tyler, and kept going, expecting him to follow behind. They kept walking turning every once in a while, till the forest started clearing and they came to a huge clearing. It was mostly grass with the trees surrounding, and in the very middle a small town.

The town was small, but not as small as the other village Tyler was at before. It was mostly made up of stone houses, with a big fountain in the centre. They walked down to the town, and came to a shop, it said on a sign, to the right of the door, Equipment and Weapons. Lythia walked inside with Tyler following behind, wondering what they were doing here.

"Hey, Scye I'm just looking for a new sword for my friend over there" she pointed over to Tyler who was looking at the different swords and amours. "By the looks of it he uses light weapons, so yeah".

"Sure thing Lythia, I'll be right back" Scye  walked through the back door, looking for a sword, that would be good for the stranger.

The door swung open and Scye walked out, back into the main room, holding a thin silver sword in her hands. Tyler looked over the sword curious to how good the quality of the sword would be. He grabbed the handle of the sword with ease as it barely weighed anything in his hands.

Tyler swung around a bit to test it strength and durability. He seemed pretty pleased with the results and turned back to Scye.

"This sword is amazing!" He exclaimed "How much will it be?" He was hoping it wouldn't cost to much, but with the things he looted in the forest, might give him enough to buy it.

"Uh well the usual price is 50 silver, but for now I'll give you a discount, so it'll be 30 silver" She chirped, hoping to get a good deal from this.

Tyler's face dropped at the exceedingly high price, there was no way he could get that much silver, especially when he only 2 silver at the moment.

"Don't look so down that's a pretty good deal, especially with the quality of this sword. So you just got to work hard for it right?" Scye exclaimed, trying to get his hopes up about it.

"Fine..." He sighed. He was a little more excited for the challenge now, but it was still a high mark he had to reach. Tyler turned around to head out with Lythia, who he nearly forgot was still there.

"Hey I still don't know your na-...' Scye said, just as he closed the door.
