**MUSIC CLASS**
"We'll be having a musical in 2 months: I have written this with some songs that you're familiar with, we're going to need musicians, singers and back up people. We're gonna have auditions starting on Friday, so be ready. On Thursday, I'm going to give some songs and you can pick from the group of them. We'll also have call backs on Tuesday. The judges are going to be my wife, Mrs. Joans' and myself. Some of you may know my wife because you take voice lessons from her or me. And boys, we will need you, so don't be shy or act like you're too cool, I expect to see some of you there. We will hold auditions in the auditorium at 3:45. If you are any later than 3:55 than come back on Monday at 3:45 again." Mr. Gallagher said, to be honest I was quite excited for this musical! I usually sing or play piano, but I prefer to sing 'cause the best piece I've ever played with more than 3 practices, was Mary Had a Little Lamb. If he has that in his musical then I'm his girl! I didn't even know college had musicals..
"Today we will be singing a little so I can know what your voices sound like. So everybody stand up and sing this." He said while handing us lyric sheets. He gave us 'We Are Young' by Fun., he probably gave this to us because pretty much all of us know this song and the lyrics.
"On my count... 1...2...3."
"Give me a second day-" we sang the first part kinda rough but once we got into it we were really good, I had to admit.
"I'll carry you home... Toniiiggghhtt we are young! So let's set the world on fire!" It was weird that a music teacher gave us this song to sing, but I liked it.
I sang with a smile and Mr. Gallagher noticed too.
"Now girls sing this part." He said.
"Carry me home tonight." We sang this a few times until we joined in together again
"So if by the time the bar closes and you feel like falling down, I'll carry you hooome, tonight."
When we ended, Mr. Gallagher looked at us with a smile and then the bell rang so we all got up and made our way out of the room. On my way Mr. Gallagher stopped me.
"Um, Rachael is it?"
"Yes sir."
"Ah! Well, I loved your singing and how you smiled through it all!"
"Yo-you could h-hear m-me?"
"Why yes, of course! I'm a professional music teacher! I can also notice if you're not singing."
"Oh... Well that's news to me. Now I know why most of my music teachers in the past didn't really like me." I said smiling.
"Well, I don't see why you wouldn't sing? You have a lovely voice! Would you mind auditioning for the musical?" He said smiling at the beginning but began to get serious by the end.
"I was already going to anyway, but now I know it won't be too embarrassing."
"Here, this is my nephews number. He's a really great singer, you could meet and if you want help he can help." he then handed me a piece of paper with his number.
"Good! You better go, I don't want to keep you to much. Bye!"
"Bye!" I never got his name though.
Right when I got out of there I was pulled to the side by Roxxan.
"What the fuck?! You scared the shit out of me Roxy!" I said yelling but quiet enough so no teachers heard me from their classes.
"Shhh!! Look!" She said pointing at Tyler, who was talking to.... Kathy.
"Oh my God"I mumbled to myself.
**TYLERS' P.O.V**
"Hey, Tyler, can I talk to you for a minute?" Kathy asked me right as I was walking out of music.
