Chapter Thirteen.

Elli's POV
I couldn't believe this. Jess was just trying to make me angry, and I needed to brush it off. I walked to Taylor and tapped him on the shoulder. He stopped kissing Jess and turned towards me. "Hi." I said, getting a scoff from Jess. "Hi?" He kind if said that statement like it was a question. "What's up?" He asked. "Nothing, I just wanted to know if you," I paused for a moment, "would like to come to breakfast with me and Shawn." I purposely said 'you' and not 'you and Jess' because maybe he wouldn't bring her. "Yeah," I smiled at him. "Jess and I would love to join you guys!" The smile was wiped off my face. I led the way, which meant I was leading the line. Until Jess shoved in front of me. Just as I was reaching for the last peach yogurt, Jess snatched it. She knows peach yogurt is my favorite! I tried grabbing from her hands, but she slapped me. She slapped me. "Hey! Get off of my girlfriend!" I heard Shawn yell. But it was all a blur because I threw a punch at her and it turned into a fight.
Shawn's POV
I was reaching for a waffle when I heard Elli scream. "Hey! Get off my girlfriend!" I yelled. I saw Elli hit Jess back and then they starting fighting. I rank over to them, as did Taylor. I tried to pull Elli off of Jess, but ended up getting punched in the nose. Taylor grabbed Jess and threw her toward the wall. She screamed and flailed her arms wildly. Elli started back at her, but I grabbed her shoulders and started pulling her toward the elevator. When the doors finally shut, I was enraged. "Elli! Why in the world would you do that?!" I shouted at her. She had a small cut around her eye, and she was bleeding. The eye with the cut was starting to swell up. "Hey, it wasn't my fault! She slapped me first!" She exclaimed. As soon as the doors opened, I pulled her out into the hallway. I opened the door to my room with my key card and sat her down on the bed. "Stay here." I demanded, and she did as I said without argument. I sped walked to the bathroom and pulled out a first aid kit. I rushed it back to Elli and cleaned her cut. When I grabbed her hand, she winced in pain. "What's wrong?" I asked. She showed me her hand, which was covered in bruises from throwing so many punches. I gently wrapped her hand in bandages and sat down next to her. I played with the rings on her fingers as she brushed her fingers through my hair. "I love you." I said. She stopped brushing my hair for a minute, then started again. "I love you too." She said.
Taylor's POV
"What the heck, Jess?!" I shouted, but she just kept hitting Elli. I finally hauled her off of Elli, throwing her towards the wall. I saw Shawn angrily drag Elli into the elevator, but I didn't even want to deal with Jess. We've been dating for 2 and a half years now, but she hasn't told anyone. I met her on a cruise in Santa Monica, and we just clicked. I really love her, so I gave her 2 free tickets to Magcon for Christmas, one in which she gave to her friend. I walked into the elevator, leaving Jess alone in the lobby. God, I feel like a terrible boyfriend.
