Chapter 7

* Greyson's POV *

I sighed loudly as i remembred today. Today is the death anniversary for Hanna, i can't believe it's already 3 years since her death.

I remembred that day very clearly and that's why i wrote the song stars for her (a/n i don't know who the song actually for is, so i put random names(: ) my ex who died from cancer, she's always been a fighter but in the end cancer beat her.

But i'll always remember her last words ' I will be behind the blue sky, amongst those beautiful sky' that's why everyday on her death anniversary i always went to my balcony and stare above and hoping she would see me.

I didn't realize i was crying until i felt it slipped and slowly slide down from my face.

" Grey, what's wrong? " i heard someone said, it was Leila. 

" Hey, nothings wrong the stars are just beautiful " i quickly lied, and a lame lie at that.

" Your lying Grey, i can see it in your eyes " and she couldn't be further from the truth.

" Your right, I am lying " and in the end i told her everything that happend.

Stupid stupid Greyson! i can't believe i told Leila something that only my family knows, but she gave me those kind of 'You can tell me any problems of yours' kinda vibe. 

She stared at me for a good 5 seconds and she started to cry and i mean really cry.

" I don't know what to say, i really don't and i know you heard a lot of i'm sorry " with tears she said that, but she is right. I'm tired of people saying i'm sorry and i think i gotta move on and let her go. I was deep in my thoughts when i realized Leila jumped from her balcony to mine.

" Leila are you trying to kill yourself? that was 14 feet above! " I yelled at her, i feel a little guilt for yelling at her. But it was 14 feet for her sake!

" Relax Grey, I made it ok and now i know that you need a hug so just shut up " well she is right, i do need a hug so i returned her hug.

I don't know how many minutes we hug but she fell asleep hugging me while she is standing up, well i'm getting sleepy to so i closed my eyes.

I woke with someone shaking my shoulder lightly and the feeling of sunshine around me.

" Grey, Grey wake up " i saw Leila's face and confusion is clearly written on my face.

" How did you get into my room Lei? " but i realized i'm not in my bedroom because my bed isn't as hard as rock and i realized what happend last night. I hope this wouldn't be akward.

" A you see, i kinda feel asleep... on top of you.. last night... and yeah so um, Happy birthday " she said pausing on every sentence, honestly that made me chuckle.

" Thank you, ...for everything " i said honestly.

" No problem, just shed a tear and Leila godmother will be here " i laughed at her corny joke 

" Since your laughing and smile, should probably get back to my house " and she walked to the balcony again.

" You know i have a front door that you can use " i said smiling at her 

" Yeah, sorry " blushing Leila said

I led her to the front door and she ran to her house. I walked to the kitchen and saw my family looked at the front door. Crap.

" Did Leila slept over? My mom asked

" Did you guys em-you-know-did-it? " My dad ask, Truth be told i wasn't expecting that question

" Dude she's only 16 " Tanner quickly added

" Guys chill, let him explain " Finally someone normal, thank you Alexa.

" We talking last night and she jumped from her balcony and we just fell asleep mom, No dad we didn't do 'it' i'm only 16, Again Tanner i didn't do anything to her and thank you Alexa. " i explained quickly

" Well that's good "

" Do you wan't breakfast ? "

" Yea. Thanks mom " she gave me a plate of eggs and bacon.

" Your welcome honey and happy birthday "

sorry for crappy chapter, i'll update tomorrow bc it's 3 in the morning now and my brother is watching football and i can't sleep so i wrote the chapter but now i'm to tired :)
