Emma's POV

I pulled up to my house, finally realizing what Regina meant about Robin. I wanted true love, but never had it.

Everybody I was with ended up dead or hurt her i realized with a pang.

Lost in my thoughts, I was completely oblivious to the fact that Hook had wandered up to me, hopeless as ever, still with one hand. Killian just couldn't take a hint could he.

"Swan" he said as if we had know each other for years. "When we're you planning on asking the devilishly handsome man in front of you out."

"I had considered it" I said.

"Well if you wanted to meet tonight at Granny's, 6 o'clock sharp, you could have just said so" Hook said proudly. I suspected he practiced in front a mirror. I sighed, knowing there was no saying no.

Regina's POV

Regina sat on her bed, curled up in a ball, and closed of her emotions. She hated herself for what just happened. She was so disappointed and at the same time so confused. She knew Robin was her true love. Right? They were meant to be. She knew he loved her. Except now she wasn't so sure she loved him.

Robin knocked on her door. Regina rushed down, sipping up her new, of course black, dress along the way. He held out a bouquet of flowers, roses, all deep, velvety red and smiled sheepishly. Regina flashed him a grin, and went to the kitchen to put the roses in a vase. Putting them down she turned around, face to face with Robin. He lifted her up and sat her on the kitchen island. He looked so intensely at her, she was scared he was going to drill a hole in her head. Suddenly Regina felt his lips crash against hers, hungrily tasting her. He kissed so so hard she believed it was as if he was never going to taste it again. Regina faked a small moan, trying to force herself to enjoy this. She glanced at his watch, thankful that 11:25 flashed at her.

"Robin, you need to leave"

In protest he gave her a sad face and she pointed to his watch.

"Work as mayor tomorrow remember" she lied.

She hurriedly led him to the door, trying to forget the night.

Emma's POV

She picked a grey dress, strapless, and sure to please the pirate. She assumed she would meet him there. After magically doing her hair and makeup, Emma let herself out the door. Surprisingly Killian stood there nicely dressed, and picked her up. He couldn't drive with only one good hand so they walked to Granny's, enjoying the night sky. They had a fabulous time there, full of jokes and laughter as well as sharing of some secrets and moments. As they paid their bill and walked out, time seem to slow. Emma went for a hug, Hook went for a kiss. After the awkward moment, Emma pulled away, thanked him quickly and got out of there. There was no denying it now. She had no feelings for Killian Jones.

Regina's POV

She looked at her phone. Right now she needed a friend. Emma popped into her head. She even surprised herself being able to call this previous enemy a friend. She was even more surprised that

Regina: Come over now. Please.

Emma: Why what's up

Regina: Please I need to talk

Emma: Be right there

Regina sighed as she thought "Hurry up Swan"
