Chapter 7

Emma's POV

She walked to her yellow bug, and opened the door. She sat there, not starting the engine, rethinking the events that happened 5 minutes ago. Regina kissed her. She actually kissed her. Her beautiful ebony colored hair. Her rosy skin. He beautiful ruby red lips. Her eyes that looked like a pool of chocolate she could swim in for ages. Her beautiful nose that twitched when she was excited. She sat there taking it all in feeling giddy.

Regina's POV

She lay in bed. She was rethinking this nights events. She was thinking about Emma. She was thinking about their kiss. Regina touched her lips in memory of it. Her golden hair and the way they cascaded on her shoulders. The way the fire made her skin shine. Her rose pink lips. Her stunning emerald eyes. How she tucked her hair behind her ear when she was nervous.

However they going to tell Henry. What would Zelena do to Emma. How would Snow and David react. What about Robin. What about Hook. All of those thoughts swam around in Regina's mind. She eventually fell asleep alone in the empty house.

The next day she didn't go out. She felt terrible.

Regina: I'm sick

Emma: I'm coming

Regina:It might be contagious. Please don't

Regina could practically hear Emma's disappointment.

Emma:K

Regina: I'll text you if I need you.

Emma: Feel better.

Regina stayed in bed all day. She magically conjured herself some medicine. At the end of the day Regina felt better and could eat and keep it down. The next morning the same thing happened. Regina thought it was just a phase. Just like your period she thought. Connecting two and two she became worried. She quickly ran to the store and bought 2 pregnancy tests.

Regina locked herself in the bathroom because Henry was supposed to come home from his sleepover soon. She read the instructions. They will stay the color if not pregnant, they will change if you are. She did the first one. She watched it. Please don't change please don't change thought Regina. She realized after a minute it stayed the same. She breathed out a long sign of relief but still decided to do another one. She did it and watched stay the same. She went to pick the other one up and noticed the band was a light but very noticeable pink. The one already in her hand was now the same shade pink as the other one. Her life was over thought Regina. She sat down on the floor, sobbing. She called Emma. After one ring she picked up.

"Hello?" She asked. Regina didn't need to reply Emma had already heard her pain through the phone. "I'll be right over." Emma told Regina. The dial tone rang and Regina didn't even bother to turn it off, she was so devastated.

In a matter of minutes Regina heard the door open and unlock. She heard soft, recognizable footsteps go up the stairs. Emma unlocked the bathroom door and gasped when she saw a broken mess of a woman she usually calls Regina. She didn't say anything she just sat next to her, shushing her son's and sniffles.

In a couple of minutes she asked "Do you want to talk about it yet?"

A smallest nod responded. She handed Emma the 2 tests along with the instructions. In a minute, everything connected. She gasped. When Regina heard this she started sobbing even louder, everything just became more real.

Emma softly asked "Robin?"

Regina didn't want to be she did. She nodded. Emma kissed Regina's cheek. "It's going to be all right." She whispered. "You have to tell him." "I know" said Regina barely audible. Regina sat there feeling numb as Emma went to get her phone. She dialed his number and it rang once, twice, three times, and finally there was a soft click.

"Robin" Regina tried.

"How's life" he asked sarcastically.

"I'm pregnant" Regina said almost embarrassed. "It's yours."

"I don't care. I stopped caring when you walked out on this relationship. I stopped caring when you stopped loving me. Are you going to give it up?"

"Why would I do that."

He laughed. "Your going to raise it to become a monster like you then. Just listen to yourself. You broke my heart and you destroyed me. Just like you will destroy the child loving inside you" Regina gasped at this, his words were chocking her.

"Robin we don't need your input. Stop being such a bitch. No wonder Regina left you. If you hurt her or hurt the baby, I will murder you. Got it thief. Stay AWAY" Emma yelled.

She hung up, without giving him a chance to respond.

"Emma I dont want to do this alone." Regina said, her voice cracking.

"You won't have to. I'm going to be there every step of the way. Just trust me." Emma said.

"I do trust you Emma. I'm just nervous about what Ro-"
"Don't listen to him. That baby is going to be beautiful just like his mom." Emma flushed as she realized what she said. Regina leaned in and gave Emma a quick peck on the cheek. "I'm lucky to have found you."
