A/N Sorry about that cliffhanger

Emma's POV

She stood around protecting the heart she hid in the tree. Regina had protected it so that it couldn't be controlled but she was still worried about her friend. She heard a leave crunch behind her. She whipped around and there stood Rumplestilitskin.

"Stop right there." Emma warned pointing a gun at him.
"You know this gun never misses its target."

"If I could stand down, I would." Rumplestiltskin said gravely. "Give me the heart." Rumplestilitskin warned.

"No" Emma said, trying to fulfil her promise.

At the worst time Henry comes out, bringing lunch and a look of fear clouds his eyes.

"Ah Henry." Rumplestiltskin says.

"Henry go back." Emma shouted., refusing to take her eyes off the crocodile.

Rumple brought him closer, even though Henry was fighting against him, as hard as he could, he knew he would end up there anyway. His feet were now stuck in the ground, unable to move.

"I don't want to" Rumple said. "I really don't"

"I don't want to either but--" Emma fired her gun. Rumplestiltskin stopped the bullet right before it hit him.

"It never misses it's target. And I've just changed its target."

"Grandpa don't" shouted Henry, frightened beyond his wits. Emma's heart was slowly breaking, watching her son like this.

"If I drop my fingers" Rumplestiltskin said.

"No" Emma shouted. Hers and Regina's son was more important. She would never forgive herself and would have nothing to live for. Regina would feel the same way. Emma backed up and retrieved the heart from its hiding place, in the large pine tree. She pulled it out of the bag to confirm for Rumple it was there. He nodded and dropped the bullet. Emma ran to Henry. When she turned around Rumple was gone but she was to busy embracing Henry.

Regina's POV

I neared the place where Emma told me she hid my heart. I trembled slightly with fear of it being gone. Just ahead of me I heard someone step on a stick. CRUNCH. I froze out of fear before picking up my place to reach Emma and Henry. I turned the corner and saw Emma hugging Henry whispering "my boy my boy"

"What happened" I asked trying to keep strong.

"I'm sorry. It's gone" Emma told me, trying to hide her embarrassesment.

"Was anyone hurt" I asked, looking at Henry.

"Almost. Again I must apologize. You trusted me and I let you down." Emma said.

"Nothing is worth the loss of Henry. I'm sure you know" Regina forgiving her.

"But now we have a problem. Your alive." Emma said carefully

"Excuse me. How is that a problem" Regina retorted. Then she mentally connected the dots. "Zelena's using it for something much worse. And now we have to figure out what."

There was a moment of quiet where they all thought.

Henry suddenly spoke. "Zelena said your weakness is that you don't know much about her past. Talk to a ghost."

"My mother. I knew I had to see that bitch again" she said with a smile.
