The days go on by. It's the day after the interviews, and Cato and I are sitting on the same couch and watching the whole thing. Everything goes by fast and usual. Untill they get to twelve. The girl that volunteered for her sister. Yeah her nickname, girl on fire. Cause at the parade ceromony she wore this stupid get-up and there were flames coming off of it. and she wore the same kind of fabric last night too. So it was the boy from her district's turn. He said something that made the crowd go crazy. He was in love with the girl! I shot a look at Cato.
He just said calmly," It's just an act. To get sponsors.Which they won't need, right after they die at the cornocupia the first 8 minutes of the game."

"Don't worry, they have no idea what they're doing. They'll be the first targets." "I'll make sure that happens." Then we laugh.
