"hey, cara," michael smiles, as cara smiles at him. the two were standing outside of the school, it was lunch and usually cara goes by herself since all of her friends, and doug, are in period 5 lunch, this is period 6 lunch.
"hi michael," she says, texting someone back, then beginning to walk to lunch.
"would you like to come to lunch with me, kinda like a date, you know?" michael asks with a dorky smile on his face.
"michael, how many times do i have to tell you? i don't like you right now, i'm dating doug," she states, as michael smirks.
"which means that when you break up with him, you're gonna come crawling to me and beg me to like you," michael says, just as he sees his usual lunch group approaching him.
"beat it, clifford," cara laughs, turning the corner, and michael's lunch group catches up with him.
"michael, get over her man," luke says, his arm slung around arzaylea's shoulder.
"easy for you to say, you're dating a bitch," michael says, as luke rolls his eyes, and arzaylea's jaw drops to the floor.
"can we just go eat lunch? i'm starving," liam says, as the group begins to walk to there usual lunch spot.

as michael walks to his 7th period class, he see's cara and doug at car's locker, laughing. he rolls his eyes, looking back over and see's them kissing. once they break away, he see's cara looking at him, and he immediately turns away.

"any news?" michael asks, as she shakes her head no.
"you two would be so cute together, you know. you have to win her over michael, senior year is coming to a close," hailey says, opening up her notebook.
"it's march, i have time," michael says, rolling his eyes.
