just saying

as michael makes his was to the local bakery to pick up a brownie for luke, (he lost a bet,) he notices a couple inside.  he opens the door and walks in, looking at all the different baked goods.  he takes another look at the couple, and then realizes he knows one of them.

it's doug, and a girl, but it's not cara.  

michael makes sure not to be seen by doug, and he watches the two get up.  as they begin to walk it, doug stops her and begins to kiss her.  michael looks away, and realizes that doug and cara must have broken up, right?  

he buys one brownie and runs back to calum's house, sprinting down the stairs and into the basement.

"cara and doug broke up," he says, as the guys all ignore him and continue playing their video game.

"um, hello?  did you guys not just hear what i said?  doug and cara broke up," he says again, as the boys still keep their eyes glued to their game.  michael rolls his eyes and throws the bag with the brownie inside it at luke, causing him to groan in frustration since he died in the game.

"good for you, but you didn't have to kill me," luke rolls his eyes, taking the brownie out of the bag and taking a bit of it.

"yeah, good for you man, now we can finally get some peace and quiet, no more non stop talking about her," ashton says, pausing the game.

"tomorrow in school i am making my move," michael says.

"good luck buddy, you'll be in my prayers,"  calum chuckles, unpausing the game and killing ashton's player, and ashton then yells and hits calum.  

oh man, michael could not wait for tomorrow.

cara roams the empty hall way, making her way to the bathroom.  just as she turns the corner, she bumps into someone.  looking up, she is met with the eyes of michael.

"hey beautiful," michael smiles, as cara smiles back at him, keeping her distance.

"hi michael," she says, as michael continues to smile.

"so, since you and doug broke up, i was wondering if you would like to go out on a date with me," michael says confidently, as cara chuckles.

"michael, we didn't break up," she says, as michaels smile drops.

"but, i saw him kissing another girl in the bakery yesterday," michael says in a confused manor.

"nice try michael, but he wouldn't cheat on me," cara says, walking past michael.

"but, i did see him kissing another girl, he's seeing another girl right behind your back, cara!  just saying," michael says, as cara looks back at michael, frowning, then going into the bathroom.

how could she not believe me?  michael thought, turning around and heading back to class.

dammit cara why can't you just believe michael?????
