I pucker my lips and lean into the mirror slightly, gently covering them with the bold red lipstick provided. I look behind me from the reflection, seeing the girls finishing off their makeup as well.
My hair was slightly curled and my eye makeup was a bit bolder for tonight. I'm not sure why, but Andrew told us to look at our absolute best for tonight, we were to make our makeup bolder and our hair has to have more volume. We just had to look amazing, so he told us to come down a bit earlier to have more time.
I'd never worn this outfit before, he had one made for all of us specially. Of course mine had double the extra padding it usually has, my breasts felt like they were hanging out. Which they practically were.
It was still red and black, but it did have slightly more design on it. There was more lace, so even more of my skin was showing. I didn't think it was possible.
The heels were the same, we switched between about four depending on the outfit. This outfit I was advised to wear the polished and shiny red ones.
"Are you all ready?" Leilani, my friend slash co-worker asked us all. Everyone shouted a 'yep' apart from me. Everyone then turned to me, looking at me expectantly. I nod my head with a small smile, small grins crossing their faces after they saw mine. Leilani motioned me over with her hand, and I obliged, following the group.
As soon as one of the many men took a glance over at the corner where all of us piled out, he caused a chain reaction of wolf whistling, cheering, shouting and etcetera as we walked over to our stages. I took my stage, Andrew said that I didn't have to take Clover's. People already rushed up to stand below, as I begin my special routine that we had been given only very recently, so it was kind of a freestyle.
Jumping, cheering and more whistling sounded the more I moved around the platform. The strobe lights were rather intense and the music had a touch more bass in it. It felt like the room was shaking.
I was shocked when a smile spread across my face. Adrenaline pumped through my veins suddenly, and it confused me. This doesn't happen often. I looked over at Leilani on the stage opposite me, she seemed to feel my eyes on her as she looked back at me and gave me a small wave and a large grin.
My fingers wrapped around the pole as I let all my weight fall back as I outstretched my body, throwing my head backwards, letting my hair flow down. I spun back around quickly and successfully finished the small trick that I knew people liked to see me do. The cheering increased as my hair fell over my face. I walked closer to the gate slowly and leaned over it slightly, scanning the crowd of people across the whole area with a smile.
I felt like I was smiling in an extremely inappropriate situation, which I was, but I felt like I realised my friends were there for me, not just Khira. Leilani's smile was comforting, she just showed me in a small way that she's there for me when I need her. It made me feel nice. I also usually did all of this with a sad and shameful face, so people always told me to smile.
My eyes darted to the faces in the crowd, some waved, some continued to throw money and some eyes weren't even on mine, they were on the rest of my body. I chose to ignore that before it made me feel terrible.
My eyes made it to the back and ran around the area where the entrance was, people were still entering and it was completely packed, yet they still attempted to squeeze in.
As I scanned, my gaze fixated on one specific corner. The strobe lights lit up the room in split seconds each, making it hard for me to see much.
The strobe light flashed back around that area again, and that was when the cheery smile was wiped right off my face at the sight.
