19. The Mermaid Feels

I could hear some loud knocking on my door. I got worried that Lilly was having her panic Attacks. I shut the shower head off and called out 'baby, is everything okay?' I asked with concern laced in my voice.

'Yes! Someone's at the door and I can't see who it is' I grabbed the towel on the side and pulled over the white shirt over my head with my joggers.

I went downstairs to find Tyler at the door.

'Oh hey Ty, sorry I was in the shower' his eyes trailed up and down my body because I was still wet from my shower and my hair looked frizzy and curly too. I looked down at my feet, hiding the blush forming in my face.

'It's ok' he smiled down at me but what happened later was unexpected. He gave me a light kiss on my cheek which caused electricity to spark in my body. He pulled back smirking down. 'I got you something' from behind he pulled a beautiful bouquet of roses. I looked at him.

'Wow- Ty- you didn't need too' I saw him scratch his neck.

'Er it's okay, thought you may need something to liven the house a bit. I mean - something to compliment your beauty' at this point I was full on blushing. I couldn't stop smiling at this rate.

'Thank you, come on in! Lils is in the lounge - am going to find some vases'

Lily was watching The Little Mermaid sitting in Tyler's lap. I was sat beside Tyler our arms brushing which made it difficult for me to concentrate on my all time favourite movie.

'Hey I best be off my shifts starts now!' Ty told me he was a baker at one of the top places in London. He found Lilly sleeping in his arms. It was mid - afternoon and she looked comfy. He picked her up gently and laid her comfortably to sleep before leaving he kissed her lightly on the forehead.

'What are you doing tonight?' Ty asked

'I was going to ask the same, well I was thinking of having a night in with Pizza and was wondering whether you'd like to join us?' In my head I was screaming for his to say YES.

'Ofcourse and don't worry about the pizza. I know where I can get the best pizza you've ever tasted but for that, I know you are wanting to stay in. But eating it at, at its restaurant will taste even better.'

'Ok fine we will come out. Text me the address and We will meet you there'

'No can do beauty, am picking you up, be ready at 8!' And with that he left.
